Xbox member 19 I have not been able to use the support feature on warframe.com because it acts like its loading in then redirects me back to the main page. So if I can't put in a support ticket then I can't get help? The only way someone would actually help me is if I put a ticket in but I can't because the support page doesnt work. How does this make sense to anyone? There should be a work around to this or some sort of live chat feature were I can get my issue addressed. I asked someone to put in a ticket for to get help on the matter and DE responds with thats not your account the person with the problem needs to sign in and put in a ticket. Did y'all read the part about how my support page doesn't load in and redirects me? How would I put in a ticket? It's so dumb that it makes my brain hurt. Can someone from DE actually take the time and help me?

3rd party plat. But that was long ago. And they said to write via support to get it addressed but if support doesn't work how would I do that? I have to submit a ticket but the support page reloads me to main page or asks me to re-login and even after it doesn't open the page.

Thats bs. How can the problem be on my end if I tried everything? I don't run warframe support page. The problem is definitely on their end. I've tried logging in at someone elses house. It's definitely on their website. If you can't help then don't. You obviously don't work on their site so you can't say what it is thats wrong. Thats like me not being a mechanic with people asking me for help on their cars with an oil change and me saying oh theirs nothing that can be done if you've already tried to change it yourself.

Yeah, this didn't help at all. All you did was point out the obvious. The freaking support page not working is the problem. Why does it keep redirecting me to the main page? I should still be able to submit a ticket. THE SUPPORT PAGE DOESNT WORK FOR ME NO MATTER WHAT DEVICE I LOG IN ON.

I asked a friend to put in a support ticket for me because everytime I log into the website and click support I'm redirected back to the main page. I had a negative plat balance but recently purchased enough plat to cover what I owed and I'm not able to submit a ticket because the support page doesn't load up. I was negative plat then purchased plat to cover my negative status but I cant load into the game. Everytime I hit the support tab on warframe.com it redirects me back to the main page.
