[Accidental "Duplication" through trading]

I was trading a scattering inferno mod for 19 platinum with someone named clanwar222.
We had a bad connection, and it said waiting for him to respond to my trade offer, but when I clicked cancel, it opened the trade screen, so I completed the trade as usual. When I tried to accept it said waiting for the other guy to accept, and then he left the Dojo, he says it completed the trade for him, and he lost plat and got the mod, but I didn't gain plat and didn't lose the mod, so 19 platinum disappeared and a duplicate scattering inferno was made. I don't know if this can be reproduced or if it can be done with other mods, but I hope this can be looked into in case it works with other mods, e.g. argon scope.
