I'm a returning player from a several year break. I keep reading about steel path, but I"m having some trouble unlocking it. I completed all the star chart (nothing is flashing blue...checked multiple times), all quests except whispers in the walls and waverider. I completed all of demios back when it was "the derelict", but demios shows up as completed when I view it from the star chart. Anyone know what I'm missing or why steel path won't unlock? I've visited Teshin, but he just wants to tell me about conclave.
