I am having a very similar issue, except with longer stutters, I really hope a solve gets found for this. I'm not sure about Argon's statistics, but my numbers are all in fairly normal ranges in the task manager, warframe just seems to have a mind of it's own on this matter. To be more specific, none of the numbers are ever getting above 50% on my end, but warframe still is having this problem.

There's nothing wrong with you wanting to enjoy the game how you want to, and nobody should be faulting you for that. However! Blaming everyone else for being "elitist" or choosing to believe they're just showing off or intentionally ruining your experience is just incorrect. Most players you're accusing of this have farmed those same missions you're wanting to enjoy at a slow pace dozens of times because they want a specific drop from the tables. It's not fair to them for you to try and force them to play how you like just as it's not fair for them to force you to fall behind and not even see
