Power 1: make it cost health, regenerate health as they take DoTs. Their considered blinded for a long while after the stun effects wear off.
Power 2: Give it's damage Level Scaling. Make it cost health instead. The stats of Mummified Minions should scale with Strength if they don't already. Allow Inaros to make 3 instead of one if one is presently the limit. Kills by Mummies fill a small amount of health.
Power 3: Replace Tornado with Inaros current 4th power. Make the Scarabs more visible.
Power 4: Instantly Sacrifice a portion of health to summon a Pyramid at Target Location that fires a swarm of Scarabs at any thing that gets too close. If he dies while it's active kills fill his sarcophagus meter. Kills refill a small amount of health. The Pyramid would have a health meter pull 30% of Agro and last until destroyed.
