I would remove Flux Overdrive and get another Dual elemental. Put riven last so you get to choose what elemental combo you want. And last mod i would put in Hunter munitions or Vigilante armaments.

I think the problem for OP is that it is at Uranus and that is after Saturn. Get a taxi to Uranus.
