"mY HarD EaRned rIvEN!" which you paid thousands of plat knowing disposition is open to change since the first day and a popular weapon will likely get a decrease in disposition.

    1. It's all on you.

    2. Nobody cares how much you paid for it.

    3. Pretty sure there are 472957295 other threads on the same topic which likely got similar replies like mine.

Ok, but that’s not the point of the post

  3. It’s a funny concept but I didn’t really expect DE to go with it, because it’s kinda hard to take seriously. I’m not against the concept but I just wonder how DE can even implement the frame without out it looking hella ridiculous. Warframe is super buggy though so I guess they have a lot to work with

So 550 samples (at base) is somehow worse than the Hema with its 5K at base?
Please tell me how something that costs 1/10th the hema suddenly "topples" its research?

This isn't that bad at all.
If you even have 100 people in your clan that can donate (only 1/10th of your clan) that's 550 a pop and your'e done.  That doesn't take all that long to get.

You're blowing this way out of proportion.  With your title I expected it to cost over 5 million samples for a moon clan...

Man I wish I had people in my clan that active.

  5. Not bad...

why do you want to remove it? is it too hard for you to not kill yourself? do you want that kind of damage without consequence? self buff aside this is the problem with the community i feel, something that takes some skill or has some difficulty and it has to be nerfed because we are used to the game being so easy

Hey I don’t remember anybody saying they wanted it removed in this thread but I’m completely fine with this change because warframe is a fast pace game with tight spaces sometimes, and there are some scenarios where you can’t really “get good” and not kill yourself with explosives without just using another weapon at that point. I don’t think self damage makes the game that much harder, just more annoying sometimes. But I’m indifferent on self damage anyway

Seriously, if The Old Blood is such a waste of time, exactly why are you even playing it? Why are you wasting your precious time grinding through something that isn't worth your spending the time and effort in doing it?

Go and do something else, when DE improves the system they'll still be there, better implemented and more fun as well with a little luck.

Yeah people actually aren’t playing it that’s why the steam numbers barely went up when the old blood dropped and continued to dip after. In steve’s poll I think kuva liches were the least favorite addition. I don’t think DE is going to change the grind anymore on the kuva lich system, it’s gonna go on the backburner for months now. And they didn’t even touch the murmur grind:facepalm:

Yeah yeah, point is still valid, you shouldn't get rewarded like that for aborting the freakin' mission, yet people exploited the f*ck out of it to get rewarded to ridiculous degrees in an unintended manner, skipping a planned long-time grind. None of your "unintended" examples helped players literally skip playing a huge chunk of the game, but this did. So you know what, if those players are so hellbent on NOT playing the game, then a permaban should definitely help with that.

If you dislike the idea of keeping exp even after completing a mission then fine, but if DE banned players because they were leveling up intrinsics too quickly using game mechanics that aren’t bugs or glitches, that’s essentially DE banning players for their own incompetence to make railjack progress they way they intended for it to. All the players did was efficiently use tools given to them by DE. This is the same way players used the games own mechanics to quickly level up focus by doing multiple tricaps or stealth farming, even though DE said focus was supposed to take a long time to level up too.

They weren't using them, they were abusing them. There's the difference. They weren't playing the game in the way that was intended, they were abusing a loophole. DE didn't implement the exp saving on abort so that you could lazily get ridiculous XP numbers, they implemented it to combat the constant host migrations and to allow people to play on their schedule, rather than being held hostage in the plains by someone wanting a celebratory fishing session after getting an Arcane Grace. These exploiters cannot claim they gained this as a side benefit for not being held hostage or for having host migrations. They actively abused the system. So for all intents and purposes, they are exploiters and they should be permabanned for it.

Where do you see DE saying that exp staying after missions was for host migrations? Thats a mechanic that’s been in the game since warframes release, and it’s even says you’ll keep your exp when you abort, and it applies for solo too. The same happens for focus lenses too. It’s not like players are using a glitch. If anything you get punished for leaving the mission instead of completing it because you forfeit the extra bonus exp. Now it happens that you get less exp if you complete mission as opposed to just quitting but that’s a result of what DE intended by making the railjack objectives take forever years to complete. Even if that’s not what DE intended I don’t think they should go back and ban players for it, because with that same logic they would ban anybody who owned and used maiming strike and condition overload because how they worked was “unintended”

  9. Believe me man I haven’t been rushing through the new content at all but these updates have layers of grind and rng. Also DE keeps implementing a bunch of poor mechanics and they’re generally being incompetent and definitely not testing out these updates. They keep rushing and delivering them super buggy.

  10. Yeah rest in piece the zenistar disc i guess. the disc wasn’t even good (damage wise) now the zenistar is like a normal melee weapon. If you misplace the disc or it bounces on a wall or something too bad, gotta rebuild the combo counter.

Given the terms in the ToS you agree to when making the account, they are actually 100% justified in doing so.

80% of the fun you had in the game was having something kill things outside of you doing anything. 80% of your fun wasn't actually engaging with the game. 80% of your fun was detrimental to the overall game and was dealt with.

I disagree with the doing nothing part infact i say the playstyle with the zenistar was the opposite. The disc could let you crowd control an area while doing something else not nothing. Like being able to defend 2 interception points at the same time. Don’t even care about the damage infact I wouldn’t mind if the disc did 0 damage entirely since it already does chip damage. I don’t think old zenistar was that detrimental to the game especially compares to something like the catchmoon. It’s a utility weapon like the pox.

  11. ill stop spamming slide attacks when DE makes all the stances have full momentum while moving. the whip stances especially are extremely slow and restricting. it gets super annoying when use sprint speed mods too, slide attacks are the only thing i can use that won’t completely stop my movement on most weapons
