I've had this problem too.  During the qualifying test, I could not do anything after being killed and the mission kept going even after the cryopod was destroyed, forcing me to abort it.  When I tried the practice test, there was no counter showing the number of waves cleared, and the enemies would not stop spawning.  

     

    Edit: I tried the qualifying test again after the 24 hour cooldown, and the counter was stuck at 0/3 waves completed despite killing over 1500 enemies.  After finally dying, and the cryopod being destroyed, the mission would still not end and I had to manually abort again.

Leaving aside the range and damage reduction nerf for a moment, I'd like to talk about another aspect of Blessing that causes me a little difficulty, namely the fact that if you want to use it as a heal, you have to be able to react quickly enough to cast it after you or your ally has taken damage, but before taking enough damage to be downed.  In some of the higher level content I've done (ie. sorties), this time might be very short, especially if the person you're trying to heal is playing a relatively fragile warframe - the first hit takes a big chunk out of their health, and the second hit drops them.  

    Here's my suggestion for addressing this issue: Instead of healing them directly, casting Blessing instead gives them... let's call it a buff, although whether it actually does anything while it's there isn't relevant to my point.  When the health of someone with this buff falls below a certain threshold - perhaps a certain percentage of their maximum health, although other formulas might work better - the buff is removed and a percentage of their health and shields are restored .  This way, you can cast Blessing before the damage is received, making it less dependant on the Trinity player's reaction time.
