Booster works.

I made 3 tests (all with boosters):

 

1) I got 28x Gem A and 24x Gem B. When I returned to Cetus in mission reward table was the same quantity, but was almost sure I didnt mined 14x Gem A and 12x Gem B(without booster). I went to mining merchant And got only 14x Gem A and 12x Gem B. Seems like your problem.

2)Next run to plains and got only 4x Gem A and 4x Gem B (did only 2 minings) and returned to Cetus. Reward table and merchant displayed same quantity 4x Gem A and 4x Gem B. So booster works.

3)Last run to plains. I was memoring number of quantity mined of Gem A. After some time - dunno what kind of thing did this yet - but displaying number of mined gems (pressing "tab") of gem A has been buged. I remembered number of 20x Gem A. Display showed me number 40x Gem A. So I mined this Gem once more and mined 4 more of gem A. But display showed me 48x Gem A. It seems display is bugging itself at some point and multiplier all mined gems x4 instead of x2. Real number mined with booster is correct so booster works but display is bugging itself.
