    I'm not saying it's designed for crit, I'm saying it's worth pursuing a crit build.  You can always just use Harrow's 4 if you don't feel like going down the rabbit hole.

    Or just use it as a statstick like Stormandreas suggested.  I'm not your dad, do your own thing. 🙄

    Was the poem any good?  Seriously though, I've been hearing complaints about how bad it's damage is without armor stripping, and realized people are falling for the same trap everyone fell for with the Arca Plasmor.  Yes, it's status chance is higher than it's critical chance.  No, it's not worth the pain and effort investing status mods into a weapon with pure electric damage.  Save yourself from a massive headache and pursue Grimoire's crit potential. 

    If you're curious about my build, I'm running it with a Secondary Kinship arcane on my Wisp along with Thermal Sunder and the Thermal Transfer augment.  By buffing the squad I can easily push the Grimoire into orange crit territory.  There's other ways to squeeze out big crits of course (Harrow comes to mind), but this is the build I'm having the most fun with right now.

By the end of the defense mission I couldn't wait to get back to the Arsenal fast enough to take them off. Which is a shame. They look great. They're just... unplayable on at least Rhino. I'm not interested in gear that I can only show off outside of missions. This really has got to be adjusted.

    Don't rely on you eyes, use THE FORCE™️ to see your opponent... or just use Arca Plasmor.

  5. this has been hapening with my baza and vasto. was in solo and often the weapons didnt register a hit even with the cursor right on the enemy. i heard they fixed something causing weapons to not centering fire at the crosshair, but i think they just broke it worse ;-;

    Thing is, i have a combined multishot of over 180% through my riven, so i usually at least get one proc per shot off. That said, I shoud probatly have taken into account that the Opticor is useless against bs armor scaling

    use radiation damage type, and go back to blasting sortie bombards with ease. i've got a riven that gives 211% damage and 112% electric, i use it on a build that give me 21k puncture and 23k radiation. no problems with grineer here, though i have developed an issue with maniacal laughter every time i charge my BFG. it's also great against teralysts!

    *wants dark colors, is told to use lighter ones* i'm confused now... i wanted burgundy, but you tell me to settle for pink? i'm wanting dark red main with tarnished brass highlights. that's just not possible with the primary being made out of aluminum siding T^T

    That, and a scaling HUD is very useful. They could also add in different types of HUD styles, like modernized (with the minimap in the bottom left), minimal (very minimal information), and custom (move HUD elements wherever).

    I would like minimal as I have Attention Deficit Disorder. I often find myself looking over at a HUD element I don't need to be looking at.

    personally, i would like the UI to be more customizable. theres some elements of the hud that i feel are unneeded or too small, and some that i feel need to be enlarged or moved. for example, i dont like the power indicator dots below the crosshair, but would love to have a bar down there to indicate how much energy i have left for casting those powers.

  9. It is definitely very turbulent right now with the aborts. Work is in progress for the next Hotfix that will present the Mods on Mission Complete.

    There's no point to that if you don't fix it so that we're more likely to get mods we don't already have...  The constant stream of bronze mods has removed all of the excitement I had when the event first started.  This event is not fun, it is merely stressful farming set to a time limit.

  10. PSA: If you want to use the Kronen, turn off melee auto targeting!

     

    This weapon has ridiculously short range to the front, and with melee auto targeting you get stuck swinging at the enemy just outside of reach. Trying to move forward doesnt fix this, since the melee autotargeting seems to try to keep you in a "sweet spot" so it ends up feeling like youre encountering an invisible soft-wall that pushes you back. Even with a Reach mod, most of the attacks seem to miss.
