[Bug] also disable the culverin weak points as you can kill everything without it completing

that was the issue , was planning to replace the #1 ability for breach surge but wanted rift torrent on it first still strange that it remove the option to select it , should been red or something , saying it does nothing

Unable to select the mod Rift Torrent in limbo screenshots show i have the mod in inventory , but not in the selection for limbo how start game ( tried reboot also )
