I too have run into this bug. I have a clip of it. We farmed around for a resource. Did the Kullervo fight. And then afterwards went to do the first mission of the 6. We were in Duviri Experience. It did not spawn the "lost items" same thing happened earlier in our play session with the shrine not appearing on our mini map as an objective. Here is the vid for the "lost items" bug.
