  1. I just had this happen while using a lower level frame in the last phase of Operation Plague Star. The leader couldn't extract since two of us were out of revives so I left and it helped but I lost all the mods that dropped.

  2. I'm having the same issue right now and I will attempt to choose a different school this time. I had chosen Vazarin both times before the quest started looping again.

    Edit: It worked, I chose Madurai this time and the quest finally loaded back into the Liset.

  3. Will there ever be any revision to weapons that have a high mastery rank requirement? Being able to trade weapons with lower requirements (Prime weapons) makes some clan tech weapons seem pretty worthless to be honest. Maybe a whole revision to mastery rank requirements in general would be better.

  4. Can we get display values on the sliders in the options? I'd like to know what setting I have my mouse sensitivity on or what the actual FoV value is. Another nice thing would be raw mouse input instead of software since I usually have to set my sensitivity really low and it's already on 800dpi or so.

  5. Performance of the game is getting smoother over time; looking forward towards more lore in the game though and the updated parkour stuff in the future. One question though, will there ever be specialized lobbies for specific playstyles? I was in a survival mission where one player wanted to camp a room for efficient farming and the other ran around everywhere because they felt camping was too boring. It's an issue in Survival where some players are leveling up and others are farming and in normal missions with speed runs vs casual runs.

  6. I was wondering why this one Ash asked me to put him in the Rift once when I was in a Tower Defense but he went and used Bladestorm and glitched into invincibility or so.

     

    This was like 2 updates ago so I don't know if it's still an issue related to this.

  7. Really like how the effects are shaping up though it doesn't seem like the void has the effects in place. One weird thing I noticed was playing in a Grineer tile set that the reverb of a team member's shotgun was heard while he shot in a room outside a tunnel / vent I was in. Just a bit weird that it sounded like it came from inside the tunnel as opposed to the sound coming in.

  8. Why does the game's frame rate feel lower than the reported frame rate with the UI option on? Is it an issue due to hosting? Also, regarding melee; wouldn't it be better to allow players to melee without switching to the weapon unless you want to channel? Feels like you lose a bit of efficiency when you decide to switch to a melee weapon during a fight just to do a combo and most weapons also don't have good range in most of their combos (animation slowdown hinders attack opportunities.)

  9. What's with all the "butthurt" remarks? It's a valid complaint because we don't rely much on status damage (scales bad past level 30) and the enemies do get an unfair advantage when they're using homing rockets with knockdown behind / inside a nullifier (late tower III and above.) Armor scaling is one of the big issues in the game so if you've ever tried to solo something at Ceres or a higher level planet with a ton of Eviscerators, Lancers, Ballistas, Bombards, Napalms, Detron users, etc, it can be a pain to keep up your health unless you have items or are using a frame who can heal / recover health orbs.

     

    Bringing in Warframe abilities also defeats the purpose of balance because most of the enemies themselves do not rely on powers, just a ton of damage scaling that can easily take down a frame that has stats like Excalibur later on.

  10. Three questions from me; one repeated again.

     

    1. Why does the game report a higher than 60fps framerate yet the game still feels like there's stutter and some animation delays?

     

    2. Will Armor get a revision? If you try to solo some higher level areas (30+ grineer) with a frame who has 65 armor or lower, the amount of damage from the automatic rifles and slash procs are devastating. This applies to the low / mid level procs too; 0if you're a new player it can get bad considering some lower level planets aren't always populated.

     

    3. Containers have a chance to spawn a rare version now, but I feel that the lockers aren't really worth opening aside from the health orbs and ammo (can just spam consumables.) Any chance containers can have better loot or maybe a rare / sabotage locker quality one?

     

    Looking forward to the warframe traits (passives) and future reworks as always.

  11. The problem is the way they handle the Syndicate exp gain; it would make more sense to get the biggest bonus from the syndicate missions themselves and not any other normal mission. It would take way longer but that's the best way to do it to prevent excessive point grinding.

  12. Oh, another community topic finally.

     

     

     

    Sliding, Coptering, and Wall Flinging:

    I feel that movement as a whole just needs a few touches to fix it; coptering and air dashing is fine but the way the acceleration works (weapon speed dependent, frame speed dependent, etc) just takes away from it. Basically, some frames being faster than others and the whole animation delay is what really hurts the movement in the game (especially sliding.)

     

     

    Pickups:

    The only two issues I have with pickups are 1. Not enough health orbs unless you're Nekros or Oberon and 2. Mods / Resources should be shared pickups.

     

     

    Damage levels, Powercreep, and Required Mods:

    Probably the biggest issue in the game; "required mods" I don't have an issue with unless they're the stance mods since everything else is relatively easy to get provided it isn't a drop in the Void (sharing bloated drop rates.) The power creep issue in the game becomes apparent once you only see certain weapons and frame load outs required / requested for most T4 content. Too many weapons that outclass the higher Mastery Rank clan research weapons is also an issue.

     

    I already mentioned the solution I like the best for mods: Stats should not stack. Some RPGs work this way, and if it does stack, there's a cap or they only stack on certain conditions / with special equipment.

     

    Forgot to comment about the early Impact, Puncture, Slash procs; they feel way too powerful to be implemented early on, when you only have like 120 HP or so and each one can do 15-30 a tick. I know it's a co-op game but some people prefer to solo and it's way too early on when you're going against 4+ enemies.

     

     

    Grab and Throw Mechanics:

    This one is interesting, I like martial arts and pro wrestling so stuff like the stealth finishers on the Infested Chargers were awesome when I saw a German Suplex. I would prefer throws / quick take downs when enemies get too close; fast and effective so you're not stuck in an animation and then finish with a Napalm blast right on you.

     

     

    Abilities and “Energy 2.0”:

    Goes along with the whole power creep / damage thing. There's some frames that I still don't make use of their whole ability loadout or never use one ability. I don't think being able to spam the strongest abilities is a great idea myself but I can see why people love it (Radial Javelin, Reckoning, Molecular Prime, or even Pull before.) I'm fine with the whole energy thing though; but the fourth Warframe abilities getting a big efficiency bonus is what causes the problems with spamming in the first place. If there's a mechanic to use abilities for energy / allow the use of the more powerful abilities, the first few will have to be worth using in the first place. There's a lot of frames that could use damage revisions, maybe even make some of it not damage specific (non elemental / damage scaling as opposed to I.P.S. or elemental damage.)

     

     

    Well, that's it; sorry if it's messy. Having fun with the game but some stuff just takes away a bit of the enjoyment every now and then. Would be nice to be able to use some of the supportive mods without worrying about damage efficiency or a survivability build.

  13. I'll check this out later but I agree about the melee thing; it takes too long to switch weapons and most of the time it's inefficient so being able to quick melee the combos and parry like before would be great.

     

    Took a look at it and it's still the melee system, weapon balance, and the "end game" that I have an issue with in current Warframe. I wouldn't mind if the channeling system was only available with the weapon set as primary but the combos definitely need to be available without switching weapons. I didn't think the Forma system was a great idea when introduced due to weapons with preset polarities losing their "advantage". Snipers and Shotguns definitely need to be rebalanced but there's too much power creep whenever they release new weapons.

     

    Aside from that, end game looks like it's being looked into and some frames obviously need revisions; some stuff you suggested does sound interesting. The armor system needs to be looked at; since everything does ridiculous damage after level 45.

  14. Q. I'm interested to know if the way the syndicate points are gained from missions is fine or if it would be better to gain the most points from the daily syndicate missions with a big bonus coming from finding all the hidden collectibles? Maybe one guaranteed 3rd tier collectible. It just seems a few of the issues are coming from players just spamming certain missions.

  15. I've gotten stuck two times in the same grineer ship tileset after attempting to counter an enemy. I notice that the camera sort of glitches back out while I counter and sometimes it clips through the wall or objects; usually the ones I end up clipping through.

     

    Two examples from the same area; I tried doing a melee combo to try and get out but I can't and I'm stuck "crouching" in the area.

  16. The biggest issue I see is the talk about not wanting Radial Blind to hit targets that you have no line of sight but then abilities like Radial Javelin, Rhino Stomp, Molecular Prime, Avalanche, etc, can all target enemies through walls and through ceilings. There are different ways to address this but it looks like it's going to end up just like the Arcane helmets; DE doesn't want to anger their older players that spent platinum to do this stuff and the game design suffers because of it.
