  1. You delayed DA for almost two weeks to make sure it is in its' best, and, still, miss that there are something that can one-shot the defense target? Have you even tested it, at least few times? It's literally impossible to miss that chamber losing 10k hp or more in a blink of an eye, if you played it yourself. First there were invisible grenades that one-shotted defense targets, then no hp scaling for excavators and other targets. Now this. Do you even learn from your own mistakes? Ppl were always getting extremely mad if there was something like this, and yet again. The same. Just waste your time because the new game mode was tested poorly, if it even was. Nice. Just nice. Previously it looked like it was intended to use all the gear in your possession to be able to finish theese missions, and now even necramech will not be able to save you from theese annoying bastards. They suck your energy with a snap of a finger. You contact it - bam - no energy. Once I rushed as a frost to renew sphere around the defence target, and, sadly, there was a luminus there. I had full energy before it, but when I pressed a button - I was quite surprised it told me I have no energy for this action. This game mod is already extremely anti-fun to play, even though rewards are pretty good - they can't outweight how awful it feels to play this game mode. You just force ppl to play warframes they don't like, shoot weak guns, and use no abilities because you have no energy in a game where the whole deal is to kill hoards of enemies with your favorite guns and frames

  3. There is some truth in your words, but then they can just replace it with gamble button: "spend 2 netra cell search points to roll the dice and win 0-8 prizes from netra cell pool" They offer me some choices to pick, so, if I want to grab the best rewards, I have to accept all the restrictions, so it's their job to balance this gamemode so I can finish it with gear they offered me, no matter what, If I make no mistakes during the play through. In other words, if they think they can limit my choice of my gear - they absolutely *must* balance it that way, that you can finish it with any frame or weapon. Currently, it's not so My point is, earlier I thought DE couldn't think the way to make hard but interesting endgame, now I'm sure they just don't want or can't make it, because oneshot was never considered hard, it was considered annoying. And they've just fixed the circuit Jackal, so there are no way they couldn't foresaw that ppl will not like this new gamemode. Other examples: 1) Grenades, when they were barely visible, and you couldn't tell what killed you or full health objective in a second 2) Kuva liches with oneshot instadeath 3) Steelpath excavators hp scaling They have the experience, the history of objectives and players being oneshotted, and nobody ever find it nice and cool, only annoying DE just don't want to put any brainpower into "endgame" content, and instead every time they just decide to take away our favorite frames, guns, cc, energy and operator's mode and call it "hard mode for veteran players"
  4. You have a game, where you have 2 ways of dealing with enemies: 1) Abilities 2) Guns Why are you constantly trying to take it from your players, by making "really hard" content? And I'm so tired of this "very hard content" just being missions, where you can be oneshotted, drained out of energy and\or not be able to go out as operator to catch your breath and evaluate the situation Who on earth would think like this? "Ok, we have really hard missions, maybe we should give players ability to choose their loadout so they can adapt to it and pass it? Nah, let's just give them randomized options, LOL! And if they won't be able to complete it - it's their problem!" Really, why? Why would you give players a randomized, limited choice of equipment? There are really not that many frames who can go through high-level defence easily. When I first saw this "elite" deep archemidia I instantly thought that defense would be horrible here, and here we are - it is My friend and I always were able to go through any challenge with just the two of us. We tried, we failed, reconsidered our equipment, tried again. Repeat until you have optimal equipment to accomplish whatever you wanted to accomplish. Here? Mirror defense was quite doable even with randomized choices, really sweaty and hard, but doable. And then, bam - fricking culverin going to summon necramech. I rushed to it as soon as possible and tried to stop it, but since my shotgun shoot cotton candies and it had overguard - I wasn't being able to do anything. And so necramech was summoned. An eximus one. This was at this moment he knew - it's over. And yes, we couldn't do anything to it, before it destroyed our objective - just barely scratch. And as a cherry on top of this pile of garbage - 10 seconds before failure we heard, that another culverin went to summon another necramech I'm just not going to go and repeat a try praying that I will be able to stop qulevrins before they are able to summon a necramech, not talking about it being an eximus one You are making that "prime time" streams on twitch, showing and trying new content, right? So, let's see, if you will be able to complete this week challange solo with Ivara and some crappy guns, shall we? So you can safley say, that anybody, who played your game constantly for 11 years can finish it, no problem It's just so stupid. Once again, for fourth or fifth time you trying to present sortie as "new content," just making it harder and harder, trying to find the line where players would feel so annoyed they would just say "Screw that, I'm out". And so, you reached my line. I just refuse to play this "new" game mode, until you properly test and balance it. Until that, you can print patch notes with Deep Arsechemidia explanation, roll it into tight tube, and just shove it so deep wherever you want until it ends up between your eyes P.S. Randomized equipment works for the circuit because with every wave you can pick up to two instrincts, to the point where even really outdated and weak weapons with default mods will become a powerful and feel-good to use tools. Not like I adore randomized equipment in any way, but it was rather fun to pick an old gun with unique mechanics and see what it will be capable of in the circuit
  5. I'm for togglable. Because you usually don't have opportunity to stay still without dying very fast. So toggle will help to save mobility, and so, life
  6. Maybe I'm missing something, but it looks just very bad and pointless? Let's say we have ability that deals 10k damage. Now I have a choice, I can insert single crimson shard and gain +10% ability strength and deal 11k damage, or I can grind for new resource, combine 2 shards, so now I have to inflict very specific status effect just to deal the same 11k damage? And, also, ability strength can not only give you damage, it can increase amount of armor you strip, amount of health you recover etc. So what's the point with combining hassle just to downgrade all good 10% ability strength to 10% ability damage that only works within specific condition?
  7. My short feedback: if such option is really required, it should be. I don't really mind if some ppl I don't know and probably will never know will skip huge part of the story My long feedback: The New War actually changes nothing globally, it only has cosmetic changes: 1) It changes landscape of both Cetus and Orb Wallis, which has 0 impact on gameplay or anything else 2) It adds another "type" of mission which is actually a reskin of regular mission of these places It's been two years and what we have actually post-new war content? Kill Archon, which is reskin of sortie and break narmer, which is 3 missions, which repeat infinitely and have slightly different goals each week. And that's it. You created an artificial bottleneck, and now you almost (on scale of post-new war updates), you immediately regret that, offering people the opportunity to skip all that. You put so much effort into building new players experience, to make game feel more flowed for new players, put tons of time into developing quite unique story (even, though, I personally don't think warframe really needs a plot). And now - bam, pay some plat to skip 95% of the game. Honestly, I can't imagine how you will be able to bring everything pre-whispers to new players quick and understandable enought in short enough time. Will you make them watch an two hour long lore-tied movie? Make them read a giant wall of text? Make "Warframe: the game", which contains all plot-neccessary missions? Or just make 2-minute long "previously, on warframe..." video? None of these variants looks good enough for players, who started warframe for the first time in their life In my opinion, amount of content is not a problem, actually. The main problem is amount of content you have to repeat over and over again for hundreds of hours. Starchart and junction systems are both so outdated, and they are the main reason new players have to spend so much time before they will be able to explore something really interesting. Why every planet have every type of mission and why are they linear? There are no reason for this at all. There are no story behind it or anything really. It dosen't matter if I will finish spy mission or survival first. Look at Zariman - it only have 6 types of missions, and there are no huge complaints about it. They are all logical and seems right for this place. And at the same time - why we have spy mission on junkyard planet? What userfull intel could possibly you recieve on a junkyard? I think you should remake the whole thing. Every planet should have an entry point. Like a couple of plot-related missions, to test, if player is ready for it equipement-wise. Like: "Oh, tenno, this is a junkyard planet. You must destroy the energetic core to sabotage the recycle process". And then: "Ok, the core is no more, now survive for 5 minutes before your evac ship arrives". And so long. And then you receive an inbox message from planet-related character, who found out about tenno pressense in their sector: "Hello, tenno! We need your help. here are the story quest for you, enjoy". And after quest is completed - give player a huge bunch of resources as an addition to regular quest rewards, so they can choose and build something new and more powerful, so they can immediately go to next planet and experience something new, instead of grinding resources for hours and hours, so they can build something new co complete another pointless line of planet missions. And, also, reduce the build time of low-rank equipment, so people don't have to wait for eight hours to build something, they will throw away in couple of hours. I understand, that as ftp game you want either players time or money. But if you will implement this whole-story skip option, I think there will be a lot situations like this: "Ok, I launch warframe for the first time. Let's check the shop. Oh, there is an option to skip all the story of this game. Why would I do THAT?" After 50 hours of grinding the same missions for resources, while the only thing that chages is tile set: "Oh, that's why. It looks like it will continue like this for a while. I better leave now, before I invest too much time into it, so I will regret to leave." I have 3 friends, who left the game after 20-50 hours, because of super tiring early-game repeatable grind. One of them played for 50 hours, 45 of which he grinded for recources, and then he asked me" - Is there a way to speed this up? - Well, you can build necros and buy resource booster. - How can I get necros? - First, you have to get to Deimos and then grind the boss of it. - Oh, crap. Can I just buy necros? - Sure - Is there a reason to play this game if I will just buy everything? - Well, there are some really good stuff you can't buy, but you will just grind, like, 200 hours for it, and it will not be interesting in any way - I heard ya. And he quit forever. And another one who left after 3k hours of play, because he grew tired we had to grind every new little thing for tens of hours. And he was quite surprised when we told him you are able to farm new warframe Dagath and her weapon in less than two hours, and he even return to a game for a week or so. So, with this, you are going in the right direction. Currently, if anyone asks me, if warframe worth playing, I just reply: "Nah, you will grind 500 hours for basic stuff and then another 500 hours for cool stuff. But nothing will really change. I keep playing less and less every week, but still keep going, because I'm already on a hook". And so they decide to pass. So, in conclusion, there are a problem that needs to be solved, but currently you are looking in a wrong direction.
  8. Please, fix Kullervo always changing weapon to primary after his 1st - it's really annoying, whe you lvling your secondary
  9. More like design issue. Parrying isn't even close to being rewarding enough to use it, nigher with Kullervo, nor within Duviri itself. If you prefer to be masochistic and run around for 10 minutes, dealing 500-1000 damage per hit, and call it "good challenge" - enjoy yourself, I will transfer to warframe and kill it in no time
  10. Idk about you but I tried to finish it with drifter only 3 times. First two times I was extremely unlucky with melee decrees, so I was running around, parrying almost every parryable attack, dodging everything, I could dodge, and looking for windows to attack Kullervo safley. Both times it took me around 10-15 minutes. And on the third time I got most of the best melee decrees, spammed melee, and Kullervo died in less than a minute, not able to cast or attack a single time. So the only challenge thing in this fight is amount of lucky decree picks you get currently, because parrying (the only skill-related thing you can do during this fight), was more punishing, than rewarding, because if you miss - you get -400 hp, if you parry - you deal damage equal to 2-3 regular hits. So now I just spam melee, until I get my transference ready, press 5, and remove Kullervo within 1 minute completley, even with the worst gear possible. But still, I will give it a one more chance, and will challenge Kullervo without melee decrees, and try to parry it single time - if it will take less than quarter of his hp - I will go back to spamming melee and summoning frame again
  11. 5(!) pathos clamps? Really? No way Edit: I partially reacall it, because Kullervo blueprints are not that expensive. Though, even less reasons to rush it for that high price
  12. Well, this sucks. Really wanted that braton But, on the other hand, ppl who wanted to collect the whole incarnon stalker set have on opportunity to collect it way faster. On third hand, stalker scythe still has self-stagger, so more ppl will expirence it and become frustrated of it
  13. Oh, defence target got some buffs - good. Lost 50 mins run with friend, when scythe thrax suddenly shredded it to pieces within 5 seconds once, because we were really unluck with loadout and decrees. Since then defence after round 5 was an instant progression stopper Also, seeing how many awful bugs ppl facing while playing Duviri in squad kinda makes me happy my friend went on vacation the day after duviri release, so I had to play solo, and didn't see any of them
  14. When I was a poor student 10 years ago, I used my part-time job salary to buy okish laptop, and it still can run warframe, in, like, 20-40 frames at best. DE ask you to have PC younger, than 12-15(!) years. If your pc is older, than this, I would recommend you not to blow off dust off it, as even the lightest wind will probably destroy it
