So then what we need for those of us who use controller inputs, is the ability to assign heavy melee and secondary fire to separate buttons. Currently, they are mapped to the same button and cannot be changed.

While this wasn't my preferred fix for this situation, it helped justify my desire to spend the $100 on the big pack, as it came more in line with the Prime Access packs that I have purchased. Thank you guys for hearing our feedback. It's disappointing that there aren't skin-only packs for a much lower price, but at least the value of the packs have been altered to better reflect their price points.

Still no fix for custom controller inputs for Steam. My workaround for using the Discord version of the client still works, so there's that at least. But the Steam version is dead to me and I'm considering uninstalling it until this issue gets properly addressed.
