Please help, this is infuriating me!

As the title says. The audio stream still captures the data (it appears to be from a Youtube source) and still plays no matter which mission or area I am in, and irrespective of the master volume. I've heard 2 Warframe songs and 2 ads within 15 minutes of play, loudly with no ability to toggle the audio up or down.
