NOTE
Although it's a waste of points I'd leave Redirection and Vitality at Rank 4 as at this level it is by far the most versatile rank for those mods! If you do you can bring your maxed Ice Wave (or Freeze) and Avalanche but you won't be using them much. Avalanche makes a good emergency button but I'd focus on keeping Snow Globe up and your Energy full. You never know when the energy orbs might succumb to bad RNG.

NOTE

Marathon (rank 2 or 3) (Frost has garbage stamina)
Rush(rank 4) (He really needs the speed to catch up)
Steel Fiber(rank 4) (this can be optional if you want to go for full tank)
Focus(rank 4 or maxed)/Continuity (In the case you wish to not use Steel Fiber, most likely you would use Focus instead of Continuity)
Redirection (whatever shields you're comfortable with)
Vitality(whatever health you're comfortable with)
Fast Deflection (however much you feel)
Stretch (if you have any spare points and spaces)
From what see in my inventory my flow is rank 4 (+25%power max) and rush rank 6 (+10% sprint speed)

What kind of FROST are you building? An all arounder sort of FROST or a purely Endless/Mobile Defense FROST?

Happens to me when i get into the game and the whole game is lagging and other players are like moving like lag-speed. I guess would be connectivity issues.
