Rivens being bad on DB memory and stuff like that is because of their idiotic implementation, which is multiple layers of rng, all they need to do is make a list of names the riven mods can have and lock the stats and percentages of those stats to that name, done, it would even make the increasing kuva costs reasonable this way because the rng wouldn't be half as bad
