no, they can't. That the think you people refuse to understand, "real" challenge requiert balance and reasonable limit to the player power. if we choose so we can be mechanically immortal, deal billion of damage in massive AoE and through walls, we can strip enemies of 100% of their defense in a single button press (when we are not outright ignoring said defense), and even if DE would manage to make enemies capable of posing a minimal amount of thread to us we can just stunlock them into oblivion with room wide no LoS spammable CC. Years of "no nerf, just buff" and "it's a PvE game it don't need balance" have shape the meta into a level of power that in any other game would only be achievable through cheat codes and trainers. The reality of current warframe is that the meta is the game easy mode. Conversely playing out of meta (willingly or not) is the only way to achieve any challenge.
