Command hasn't even been added to the game yet, but when it is, it will be leveled with Intrinsics Points just like the rest. DE will even let you refund all of your spent points if you want to respecialize.

Nope. Rush Repair Drones were less "pay to win" or whatever than most of the game's content.

Most stuff: Buy it outright with plat, OR grind the BP and craft with materials.

Wreckage: You have to grind the BP no matter what, then you get to choose to build it with plat or resources.

Having them just laugh and leave is kinda goofy. I understand that it's better than an instant death for us, but come on. Stabbing them with the wrong Requiem combination should still kill them, except they'd say something along the lines of "See you again soon!" or "This is still just a part of my plan." After that, they'd message you in the Orbiter like they always do and taunt you that they're back and even stronger. 

This is the only way for them to actually make sense as undead monsters. Also, it'd be nice if there was a way to bring back all their special execution animations - just don't make them completely annihilate you and instead put you into a normal bleedout. Make it only happen when they grapple you with low HP or something.

I feel like that it should have been a hybrid. "Bulk" resources like Titanium have no reason to exist, but the new special rare Railjack resources are fine.

They're owned by a large corporation, they're one of the biggest games on PC, and they and have $250,000 to drop on a marketing stunt. DE can afford some servers.

Random public players very, very rarely have any grasp on what's going on. I'd suggest not setting your matchmaking to Public, or at the very least use Recruiting Chat.
