Yup this has totally happened to me as well. I had 2 drops of 9,999 Platinum drop and after extracting it was gone. I would have video proof except my cat walked on my keyboard and has pressed all of the buttons in the correct order to delete all video proof. As you can see this is totally plausible and as such any compensation would be appreciated. 😏 👉🐈
