  1. That’s an interesting idea, I have said something similar like the command wheel you mentioned.

    I have an idea about this concept, in Duviri there could be a game-mode where you have to hunt down (orokin) creatures but not like the boring conservation, you get to hunt them down like in Horizon zero dawn weakening them, targeting their weak spots then the Operator can perform transference on the creatures which have useful roles e.g. A cheetah that`s stealthy and fast, a falcon that can fly, a spider that can climb up walls, or my personal favourite, a crocodile that can submerse into water, creatures that can be used to reach or travel to places that operators cannot.

  2. Yes idc if he is the most used wf imo he is boring. Even through I understand what your saying about his 1st ability, I wish it could stay in one spot so I can be in two places at once and that it stops following me all the time imo I prefer on-call crew than his 1.

     

    Here is what I would do the make him fun .

    1st ability:

    ·       Wukong should spawn two clones, one using primary weapon and the other secondary weapon. When you switch weapons, one of the clones will switch to melee.

    ·        Since you have two clones, you can mark up to two enemies for each of them to attack.

    ·        After marking the enemy, the clone(s) should teleport to the target.

    ·       When you crouch the clone will crouch and not attack enemies unless you mark them.

    ·       When using melee, the clone`s sprint speed is increased by 30%

    ·        Instead of the clone teleporting to you when you move far from it, pressing the ability on the ground will teleport the clone to that location.

     

    2nd ability:

    ·       Pressing the left trigger (controller) should give the option to increase or decrease its speed.

    ·       Sentinels and companions are invulnerable while activated.

     

    3rd ability:

    ·       There is no limit to how much armour you can receive.

     

    4th ability:

    ·       The second part of the combo with the kick animation should (small) ragdoll the enemy hit instead of a knockdown.

    ·       The ground slam animation should look like the slams when Wukong`s staff is bigger. (the slam we have now looks weak)

    ·       The ground finisher animation should be Wukong jabbing his staff into the enemy`s back.

    ·       Pressing the secondary fire while aiming at an enemy will jab his staff into the dealing damage and pull Wukong to them doing a flykick closing the gap.

    Fix: When Wukong stands still with no weapons equipped, the animation is meant to show him with the staff in his hand but you can`t see.

  3. His teleport has issues that needs to be fixed, unfortunately ppl just its augment as a band-aid to fix the issues but this is not how it should be and this needs to be fixed

    • TYPE: In-Game
    • DESCRIPTION: Ash`s teleport doesn't open enemies up to finishers consistently.
    • REPRODUCTION: Teleport to enemy. 
    • EXPECTED RESULT: It should open enemies up to finishers every time you teleport to an enemy.
    • OBSERVED RESULT: Enemy is not affect by the ability.
    • REPRODUCTION RATE: Every time I teleport to a enemy.

    Issue 2:

    There is another issue with teleport where the stun is not strong enough to interrupt enemy’s movement or an animation.

    If an enemy is under a fire or an electric proc and Ash teleports to that enemy it will not open them up for a finisher.

    Also if Ash casts his Smoke Screen near an enemy, then teleports to it straight after it will not open it up for a finisher.

    But if I teleport to an enemy then cast Smoke Screen, the stun from smoke screen will override Teleport`s stun animation on the enemy and interrupt it, what does this mean? This means Smoke Screen`s stun has a stronger interruption than teleport.

    This bug is so bad ppl use fatal teleport which is a bandade mod. Warframes should not have to rely on an augment because an ability doesn't work properly or is ineffective (shuriken).

    The worst thing is that they know it`s an issue and they are not fixing it.

    It looks like one of the things I wanted is happening. If I'm not mistaken the script for the new war is about 200 pages which not only means the quest is longer but the length of it is the equivalent of a new game.

    However again I'd advise you to keep your expectations low.

    Yep, I just had to make sure first.

    How about you actually read it properly, if you had read it properly you would know that I didn`t completely remove her 1 so read it again.

    I`ll admit I wasn`t clear on one part of the ability which is;

    ·        holding the ability again will turn enemies into a projectile in the direction you are aiming at.

    Which mean you have a choice to either hold them to shoot them or use them as weapons.

    I`ll admit her passive would be useless in high levels but idk about that since I don`t enjoy playing at that level plus it`s a passive you have other abilities to keep her alive the passive is something to help her out but again idk about high levels you should be dodging anyways.

    The second ability dose more than that read it again!

    For the third ability it`s a choice, you don`t have to use the other two options if you don`t want to but it makes her more strategic as for making enemies run from you it has a use but if you care for the meta you won`t care for it and again it`s an option.

    And for her 4th its much better than what we have now;

    ·        She can move.

    ·        Distracts enemies to take pressure off the team.

    ·        Weapons can buff the ability.

    ·        If it doesn’t kill it with either de-buff enemies or cc them.

    And I made her a lot more fun (which is what I prioritise when I do wf improvements) is it a bit complicated? sure but if you know how to use the abilities, I believe ppl will have a fun experience.

    If you don`t like it fine then go and make a post of your own about her like what other ppl are doing.

  7. Just to give my two sense, here is what I would like Nova to receive.

    Passive:

    ·       Enemies with a grappling hook will also be knocked down.

     

    1st ability:

    ·       Instead of it inflicting slash damage it will proc impacted damage which will have a 100% stagger affect. If the particle hits the same enemy again it will knock them down.

    ·       The more enemies it hits the more the damage increases.

    ·       If you hold the ability it won`t seek out enemies but instead can be used for damage reduction however status procs will consume particles. Pressing the ability will revert it back to seeking out enemies.

    ·       Damage reduction will not disappear until all particles are gone.

     

    3rd ability:

    ·       If and enemy walks into it on the opposite end it will send the back to the direction its pointing at (this is good to put in doorways)

    ·       You can shoot through the worm hole which will convert into explosions in a 10m radius.

    ·       Make the worm hole bigger for multiple enemies to walk through it.

    ·       (Synergy) her 2nd ability can pass through it.

     

    4th ability:

    ·       (Synergy) If an enemy under the effects of the 4th ability is damaged by the 1st ability, it will cause a chain reaction by knocking enemies down in a 15m radius. (if the enemy is not killed off by the 4th ability)

     

  8. I wouldn't say this warframe is useless but he needs a revisit but unfortunately ppl can`t see why.

    Ash needs a revisit and it doesn't matter what anyone else says or thinks, stats and ppl`s actions proves he needs a revisit.

     I say Ash needs a revisit and ppl say "he`s perfect" and get upset with me but he`s not, Ash has issues most ppl don`t know about.

    The reason being because;

    • People use two of his augment 24/7 to the point where they completely ignore the issues of the abilities and act like they are ok.
    • The way people use him and talk about him ("oh he can use seeking shuriken to strip armour and can kill lvl 100+ with bs) they can`t see his issues in a general sense.

    Two worlds, two characters; Warframe, Ninja Gaiden, Ash and Ryu. If you take Ash and put him in Ninja Gaiden, he would be great in fact even better than Ryu because of how his abilities work and structure of the game however if you take Ryu and put him in warframe he won`t be able to survive because he has no way of dealing with hoards of enemies. The point is Ash cannot deal with hoards of enemies efficiently, sometimes damage is not enough, that`s why he needs a revisit.

    Here is a post going into detail. Before you read the 1st page I recommend you go to page 16 by pressing CTRL + F them type stats and you will the reason why he needs a revisit.

     

  9. The changes that Nyx is getting does nothing. The changes to her 1 does nothing if the AI is bad, her 2 is useless in low level missions and the 4 changes still wont make a difference.

    Their is not a lot you can really do with the concept of mind control and only two of her abilities are even that, that being said she needs a rework and to make her abilities make sense not only she has the ability of mind control but she also has psychokinesis. Her abilities needs to not only need to be useful but fun also.

    Here is what I would do to give her a rework.

     

    New Passive: If Nyx`s health is below 50%, enemies attacking her will be put to sleep.

    ·       There is a 3 second window for enemies to be affected.

    ·       After 3 second it won`t activate again unless Nyx`s health is full.

    ·       Enemies will be put to sleep for 3 seconds.

    ·       There is no range limit on enemies put to sleep.

    Telekinesis (rework):

    Nyx sends out a telekinetic wave that levitates enemies in the air. Deactivating the ability will turn them in to a projectile shooting them across the room.

    ·       Enemies will be levitated for 15 seconds.

    ·       The wave range is 15m and it’s sent out as a cone.

    ·       You can recast it however if the previous cast was holding enemies, it will deactivate.

    ·       Holding the ability turns the lifted enemies into projectiles you can point them in the direction of where the radicle is aiming at.

    ·       Each enemy projectile will receive and deal 500 damage.

    ·       The duration of enemy de-buff can be increased by duration mods.

    ·       It can be cast in the air.

    ·       Depending on the chosen energy colour, there will be an aura around the affected enemies.

     

    Psychic Bolts:

    ·       Make it de-buff all eximus units.

    ·       Pressing the ability will deal 500 damage and stagger enemies while holding the ability will strip their defences.

     

    Chaos:

    ·       Nyx has the option to cycle through three different commands;

    Control - will make enemies fight against each other.

    Terror - will make enemies run away from Nyx in fear.

    Crippled - will fall to the ground brain dead.

    ·       You can change enemies` behave while the ability is active (by holding the button) but it will drain 25 energy for every switch.

    ·       Control and terrors` duration will last as long as the ability however crippled`s duration will only lasts 5 seconds.

    ·       Crippled`s duration cannot be increased with mods.

    ·       If Nyx is shooting an enemy while they are in the animation state (control), the enemy will accumulate the damage you deal to it (which will be spread to all enemies affected) and will convert to extra damage.

    ·       The extra accumulated damage does not affect Nyx or allies being attacked by enemies.

    ·       Enemy stun and invulnerability window last for 3 seconds.

    ·       FIX: In interception, enemies will still hack the terminal while under the effects of it and even if enemies are near them.

     

    Absorb:

    ·       Make her move at the same speed as jogging. (While in her meditate stance)

    ·       It pulls aggro from enemies.

    ·       If cast in the air she will be stationary and have a 30% chance for enemies to be hermitized into slowly moving closer to Nyx in a 50m radius. If allies or companions get within 20m of the enemy, it will break the hermeticism making the enemies attack them.

    ·       You can use weapons while inside it to add to it. 30% of the weapon`s damage will be converted into status damage from the weapon Nyx is using to the absorption damage.

    ·       Whatever enemy is shooting at nyx will be affected by the explosion no matter the distance. Enemies in close damage range will take damage and enemies outside that will receive a knockdown and the status affects from whatever weapons you`re using.

    ·       Remove the ability for allies to be able to shoot it.

    ·       It won`t drain energy unless Nyx is being attacked.

    ·       (Synergy) If you aim your radical at an enemy and use the 1st ability, Nyx will pull herself forward to the enemy in a 15m radius however, this will also deactivate the ability.

    ·       (Synergy) You can cast other abilities while using 4th ability and will cost half the energy.

    ·       (Synergy) If you use the 2nd ability, when deactivating the 4th ability, the de-buff will spread to enemies the survive the blast.

  11. Operator Voices

    On devstream 157 yesterday DE talked about recasting the operator voice actors and reducing the voice actors to only one male and one female, I understand why they decided to do this however I don`t like this because there is a 50/50 chance that I (people) will like the new voices they choose.

    One thing I have herd from other ppl they don`t like any of the male voice actors, me personally I would of have two male and two female voice actors but one is Caucasian and one is Negro of each gender.

    Reason:

    • There`s a chance that the voices don`t fit the face of your customised operator. For me the falcon (female) voice actress sound like the typical blonde bimbo and it also reminds me of the legally blond movie, that`s why having two was good because at lease you have a choice, if you operator is Negro you can obviously pick the voice actor or actress that is a Negro. This is something they need to do more in gaming when it comes to customising character voices.

    • One thing I have notices and you guys can try this outside of this game, weather you are born and raised in America or in the UK if you close your eyes and listen to a Indian or a Chinese person speak you won`t be able to identify what race they are because of the accent, you would assume that it was a Caucasian person speaking however (for the most part) if you listen to a Negro person speak you can identify them, their is something about the voices of Negros that you are able to identify them. The point is as much as I would love for their to be an option for Indian and Chinese voices for it to be fair, it would make more sense to use two Negro voices and two Caucasian voice options (based on what I said you can also hire an Indian or Chinese voice actor and actress from America or the UK).

    Unfortunately that`s not the case if I had to make a choice I would like for them to keep the raven (female) voice actress but pick a new male voice actor for the role.

    But what are you guys opinion on this?

  12. I don`t like conclave however I am open for some improvements. For one I think that only operators and the on-call crew should be the characters you play in conclave, this alone addresses the issue of ppl jumping and bullet jumping everywhere making it harder for ppl to attack them.

    As for a game-mode I would like to see k-drive racing in conclave that is similar to mario karts but the pick-ups are warframe abilities. This alone would make me want to play in conclave.

    I have put up a post of a Ash revisit, which is popular based on likes, views and follows also this revisit fix all the issues Ash has and drastically improves his abilities which makes you feel like a ninja.

  14. How I feel about the trailer and Nidus in general is a different topic on its own however I really like the music in the Nidus prime trailer, it fits the infested theme and it sounds sick. Seriously go to 0:40, play warframe and listen to it you will feel a rush and you will see what I mean. DE please let us be able to listen to this on our orbiter?

Tbh I`m not really into Nidus that much I like wf were their abilities can be used on the move if a frame has more than one stationary abilities then I won`t like the frame and Nidus is just that. I`m more interested in Harrow Prime I love his has the most unique abilities in the game and it was made by Pablo, he should come out in December if not I will be very disappointed.

  17. Idm it being both useful and sick looking but I will always choose aesthetics over utilitarian like with weapons idc if it can kill lvl 10,0000 enemy if its ugly I'm not interested.

    I came up with an idea for operator armour before but ppl didn`t like it, it was armour pieces made out of resources. It could be a possible reward where you receive a blueprint and depending on what resources you use will determine the visual appearance like Argon Crystal Armour or Oxium Armour.

    There are three different visual versions of the (argon crystal) armour, adding more of the same resource will change its appearance. The point of this is that you can decide to choose two more appearance options if you don`t like the first look.

  18. It would be cool to have operator only mission. Here is an example of a game-mode I came up with.

    This is a mission where you use operators that can benefit from warframe abilities however you can only use operators and the only thing your chosen warframe can do in the mission is sprint and cast abilities that can affect them.

    Effective warframes:

    Volt - 2nd 3rd

    Wisp - 1st

    Harrow - 2nd 3rd 4th

    These warframes provide useful buffs or abilities that operators can use while in the mission from ranging from damage to survivability.

    Their also can be one where the operators can use K-drives and the game-play would be simular to All-stars racing.

  19. BREAKING NEWS

    On the devstream yesterday they mentioned there is going to be some texture experiments coming soon which means we might get the Anthem treatment by changing the textures on our warframes.

    This is great so now I can make my volt have a metallic look like he use to and I'll finally be able to play the original Ash and change the textures, I know one person will be happy from this thread. @technozorro

    Here is the proof.

  20. I have been thinking about this for a long time and seeing Darvo offering a discount on pet items made me want to write this up.

    I think we should get a 50% discount off on all operator items, as for when I think it is the best time for this to drop would be when the plains of duviri comes out since it links with the operators but if it comes before then then that`s great but this needs to be a thing sometime in the future.

  21. Agreed, it gets annoying when you get knocked down when you shoot (phad scaffold), but the animation looks sick, this should happen when dodging instead of sliding. Here is an example of this.
