In arcane isolation vaults, you sometimes get the emitter mission (bring an emitter to a fissure 5 times). After defeating the jugulus in this mission type, the game does not designate the enemies to defeat in order to progress to the next fissure, not allowing progress to the next fissure. Sometimes this happens multiple times in a row, and seems to always happen starting in the third or fourth fissure
