Solved the issue. It wasn't a bug. The real mistake was on my part. The augment couldn't be added because I had another ability in that slot where sandstorm was meant to be.

I have been having a problem with my Inaros Prime. I have two copies of the augment "Elemental Sandstorm" (one maxed ranked and one unranked) that I was going to add to my Inaros Prime for a build. Yet even through I can see these mods in the mod bench. Whenever I try and add the mod in the arsenal; the neither mod will show up even if I search for it.
