  1. I really like this rework for the most part, but there are a few changes I would like to see. The Tidal Surge change seems like it'll be pretty mediocre among his kit. This is in large in part due to the fact that it's a CC ability that knocks enemies away, which just seems not very good (there's a reason every good CC is a mini Vauban Vortex). I would instead propose that it will pull enemies towards a puddle when you're either inside it or aiming at it. I think the only way to make it good otherwise is to make it inflict a special effect like the "soaked" status for example or for it to be a pretty decent, scaling kill option, though that would defeat the purpose of it being CC (not that it really needs to be). I think the 3rd ability is pretty good. Really good idea to combine puddle and Kraken. What I don't like, however, and this is definitely very subjective, is the Wisp reservoir teleporting machanic that is on the Water Elemental ability. I thought it was useless and gimmicky on her, and I could only imagine it'd be the same. The only upside is if it had an infinite distance you could Tp, but I imagine you want your puddles to be very close together anyway, so regardless it just seems like bloat to me. Also, while the 3 second dive time limit seems like a good mechanic to prevent players from afking inside puddles (it very well may be and perhaps I'm talking out of my ass here), I feel like it will just end up being annoying and the people who would do that would instead go in and out of the puddle constantly, especially since you get a whole second of invulnerability upon ejecting from a puddle and i haven't seen a value for energy cost for diving and ejecting. I think people will just naturally settle on how they want to play because there are kpm benefits to going outside of the puddle like being able to shoot them to kill enemies faster, if you really want there to be a punishment for camping inside the puddle, though, a simple energy per second for water elemental increase while you're in a puddle makes more sense imo. Sorry if this sounded more negative than positive. It's just much easier to put into words for me why I do not or would not like something. I really do find this rework very agreeable, and a majority of my contention are pretty minor things issues.
