I just had this problem, as well. I was in a four player squad and got a Dante Systems Blueprint and Dante Blueprint in that order and both were not there at extraction. I checked my foundry to see if they were there and they were not there. I had gotten two other Dante Systems Blueprints from a previous disruption mission farming these parts before going back into this mission and I should now have three Dante System Blueprints to go with the Dante Blueprint. I hope this glitch can be fixed and restore all dropped items for everyone doing this new disruption mission.
