  1. Love it! These new UI changes seem to be very well thought out. I like that a lot.

I agree that prime items need a whole new look for the prime interface to work. It also wouldn't go too amiss by allowing labels to be on by default and you can turn them off in settings.

  2. I'd actually prefer deafen/blind to an armor strip. It'd be likely short lived, and it'd be hell to optimize, but it'd add a layer of survivability.

Besides, it makes sense that something that slows combining with something that melts equals a full sense is lost.

  3. Meh, I just hop around a few lovely games I have that all seem to update at different times. I end up getting burned out on this game? I go to another and there's new stuff! Sure, sometimes there is overlap, but I enjoy the games nonetheless.

My Answer: A mixture of hope, lootn' & shootn', and the fact that this game can be terribly funny if you find a good build. Take, for example, a Guass with max sprint speed or a Grendel that specializes in hurling peeps off cliffs. Love that kinda wacky.

  4. I have been unable to move any domesitk drones (Dojo or Orbiter) that were placed before update 26.1

I would love to pick some up without having to completely redo my decorations for the orbiter. Could there be a fix soon? And the Dojo bit is a case of 'I cant touch it at all in decoration mode'. It's sad one of my guys is going to be in a hallway cleaning forever without adventuring with his pal in the Drydock.

  5. Really love finding glitchy stuff, getting stuck in walls, making bars above rooms in my dojo, and ragdolling with anything. I really love going as grendel, devouring a horde, and then spewing them into an instant-kill death pit or over the horizon never to be seen again.

I miss being able to use a blast impact combo to cause enemies to go flying away. At least I can shoot those Helium Tanks with my Corinth and they go flying.

  6. Personally, if the restricted it to a single sentinal and a single MOA, Kubrow, or Kavat, then I'd be fine. One of those will die with no bleedout counter if taken out, and the other I don't have to pick up.

For one, I'd be able to have a Smeta Kavat and a Shade to do spy missions, and a Dijin and Helminth Charger for more challenging stuffs. It'd be cool, yeah, but it'd be kinda disorderly.

Just imagine an 8 person raid (like some of the good ol' days) where everyone has both a sentinel and a moa to gun everything down. That'd be chaos.

  7. I wonder if anyone's taken the time to look at the mastery rank required to get to lichs or to obtain their weapons... (I think it's 15?)

It's going to be late game players doing it anyway, and late game players are likely already invested. Unlike rivens, which can start off at mastery rank 8, liches are a whole different bag of trix that feels a little bit more... challenging. Besides, I bet with the contract trading, you're still going to have to defeat the lich. If the sequence changes, then that'll make it all the better, IMO.

lich.pngMine sneaked up on me in a nightamre mission without kuva guardian dialogue (only the lights flickering), and I accidentially killed him since he spawned in a room with wardens (it was a rescue mission). Was that a bug? I didn't really want a lich at this point and was avoiding them.

He also got mostly Loki skills, so I guess he really IS a trickster.

But all is cool. He is currently on Venus, and I couldn't care less about Venus, since apparently they don't steal from Fortuna. Untill I farm all requiem mods, he can just stay there and annoy the corpus and Nef Anyo.

I actually wouldn't mind things like certain bosses of the planet getting pissed at the lich taking over their territory and then sending you a message saying you'll get a reward if you kill them. It'd be great if The Jackal sent you an inbox message asking for you to take care of the lich offering something around the lines of 50,000 credits or a set of Rhino Prime Parts. I'd get on that like no tomorrow in that case.

you're not even making sense now at this point. you say you don't do hard content, I am telling you that people do. is that hard to understand? and who are you to tell the player base what they should or should not explore, when you only scratched the surface of the game?

Dude... You didn't even get my point. You're just flinging around accusations that are baseless.

so it doesn't limit you, therefore it limits no one? it your choice to not test out those weapons, which works perfectly fine for the content you play.

I wasn't saying that! I was saying that I don't see your problem because your situation is so radically different from mine. I physically can't see it because my gameplay will likely never be similar to yours.

    *sigh*

I can appreciate people going above and beyond for games like this and testing the barriers. But I can't help but feel like you're doing content in warframe that wasn't really meant to be explored.

all those weapons were fine and usable with rivens or heavy formas. I USED ankyros prime for awhile with just formas and CO. now they nerfed the mods that makes weapon diversity in crit, hybrid, and status to just crit. adding on top of that, all weapons has trouble now in high endurance levels.  like I said before, they normalized all weapons to be "ok". and nerfed/limited all the great weapons to just crap or soso. this update should have been after the enemy scaling update, not before. if they even plan on doing anything with that.

I'm not sure how to break it to you but I have an unforma'd and rivenless Ankyros Prime and Prisma Skana. They just sat in my inventory till the update cause I didn't want to get rid of them.

As for the higher levels; while I have been around since fusion cores were a thing and the orbiter didn't have a backdoor or downstairs, I don't do higher level missions... it's only if I want to challenge myself if I want to do that, and oftentimes I just play Dark Souls instead. I fail to see a problem if there is one; I doubt I will because I don't do those kinds of missions.

except everything works the "same", just worse for some people. I'd say that's the definition of limiting.

Ankyros Prime feels a lot better now. Same with Prisma Skana. I could prob list some of the others that feel like they've improved.

TBH... I don't see this is limiting now...

  13. I just got a visit from one of my dead lichs. I was wielding their weapon and everything. No host migrations or anything like that, but it was hella confusing. She stayed around until we had hacked the console and then went back to whatever alternate reality she came from.

I feel kinda disheartened because this could mean that all my vanquished liches might be able to come back, which means the two other lichs I spared had no reason to do so. I hope they patch this quick.

I'm sick right now so I don't have much else to do lol.

The simplest thing, and this is going to sound counter-intuitive, is to take your time doing the missions. Clear out all the enemies, search everywhere, you tend to get more murmurs doing that. On top of being thorough, when your lich shows up in mission, don't immediately knock and stab them. They convert nearby grineer into thralls, so lure as many grineer to them/ lure them into a clump of grineer. The bigger and crazier the fight, the more conversions, the faster you get murmurs, the faster you can kill your lich. It turn into a game of whack a mole with dudes trying to kill you with shotguns while you pick off the thralls out of the crowd. It's crazy and alot of fun.

Edit: Also, solo exterm, capture, mobile defense, try to find a group that understands the conversion mechanic for defense, interception and disruption. Survival works either way.

And @Zebiko Gauss, Loki and Octavia. Only seems to affect the element like people found out. Pretty sure weapons pure rng.

Hope you get better OP. And I agree with the little thing about taking your time. The thrall count without your lich is locked at somewhere around 15 or 25, can't tell yet, but the lich bypasses that.

  15. Wouldn't it be pretty sweet if we could improve the lich system a little bit by doing things like making conversion a little bit more worth it and allowing us to take the spent mods and making new ones?

    Heres just a few things I propose;

    1. More lich personalities (This is a personal gripe as I seem to be liking male ones more than female ones... mostly because I get called friend by the males. More personalities would be a good idea IMO.)

    2. If you have a converted lich, they have a chance of interrupting the failed Parazon animation and saving you. Like, a small chance, but you'd probably get a really high chance once you get enough lichs. This removes some of the punishment for players who are willing to save lichs.

    3. Obtaining the full code should allow a special node to be opened up where you can have a boss battle with the lich. This should prob only be done if the game sees that a person knows all the mods and you are literally one mod away from killing or converting the lich. It would also be great if that node could tie into railjack where you can make a lich a more permanent enemy if you so desire.

    4. Lichs are supposed to have large areas of influence and tax you until they are either converted or killed; why not make it where the converted ones every once and a while come around with a little gift of resources?

    5. Lich weapons should be combinable; say you got a twin stubba from a lich and it gives 25% extra impact, then you get a lich that has a twin stubba that give 40% extra impact. You should be able to combine the two to get a gun that gives about 45% extra impact. I propose making the hard cap 60%.

6.Lastly, it'd be great if the lichs that are allied with you could help fellow clanmates. That'd give a slight incentive to get into larger clans.

Just my two cents on how to improve them a little. I am seeing quite a few people who are just outright killing their lichs because they simply want the weapons, even if they already have them, yet still complaining when they find one with better stats.
