Thanks for the swift changes! 1 billion damage cap is crazy.

I understand the need for changes but they seem awfully fast. This was the most fun I've had with a new frame in a long while. Maybe it would have been wise to make sure there weren't LOS issues before enacting a pretty solid hit to his kit.
