i am using arcane crescendo and secondary outburst for my mesa build, i use 4 topaz shards , primed pistol gambit and arcane avenger and for some reason, when i get arcane crescendo fully stacked, it provides the buff from secondary outburst on the buff icons, but it doesn't seem to actually give me the crit chance. whenever i manually stack my combo for secondary outburst i get orange and red crits, but with the crescendo i get lots of yellow crits which shouldn't happen. i even did the math and i should have 225% crit chance, so i have no idea why i am not getting the orange-red crits. i am not sure if this is a visual bug only and it only displays them as yellow or if it actually lowers my damage.
