[The Glast Gambit: Hotfix 19.5.7]

Sorry to bother you all but I recently completed the Spy mission for Glast Gambit (stealing Anyo's cheats) and I never received the transmission between the Lotus and Ergo, I've tried logging out and logging back in but no luck, please help!

It may be from the lack of sleep I have at this point from five hours of it and now being up for almost twenty-four or I could have not paid enough attention from before and don't remember, but as I use my Akstiletto Prime there is zero recoil. I could have sworn there was a bit before that added up if you didn't burst fire but in case it were unintended and recent I wanted to drop this in.
