[Is the community toxic?]

Twice now I've asked a question regarding how to find an item or mod reliably, Been farming like crazy to try and get a second warframe and I have all but some cell. I pointed out I'm as far as phobos and all I could find was they are on Saturn.

After asking in region had a swarm of insults and people laughing and taunting me. So after a couple times of this just curious if I should stick to single player missions as this is just the majority of the community or if I should just keep trying as I've just been unlucky?
