I have experienced this bug 2 times with Onos BP, i had them while playing steel path and non-sp, but they were gone when i completed the mission and returned to deimos(i didn't pay attention if it gave another item instead), its completely demotivated me. Nothing extraordinary has happened(Host mig, ... etc) and Onos BP is little pricey...
