This has been going on for years now. The Braton Vandal and Lato Vandal will not be coming back. They where limited edition weapons that had a time frame to get them. The Lato Vandal was a gift to the closed beta testers. Braton Vandal was essentially a gift to everyone that played during that open beta weekend. I'm certain they will never come back. The Excalibur pack was not a prime access it was the founder's pack. This had been going on for years and people still bring these up, including the founder pack items. To everyone that continues to bring this up, get over it! You missed out so deal with it. That is life!

You think that is hard. You missed out the old days when you could get the enemies up to level 1000+ and they would one shot you no matter what.

Do you know which Vandal weapons will not come back? Braton and Lato. I do love them.

The elemental damage and combined elements is a good improvement however the addition of puncture, slash and impact over simple damage was pointless in my opinion. I felt DE was just over complicating it.

Prime access is the best deal for Plat other than getting 75% off and using that. The new void gear used to be much easier and honestly realistic to get if you play excessivly for a few days. Now it seems that the drop chance is literally in favor of the house and frankly it really makes me angry at DE. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game. If I knew what DE would of done then I would not have given DE a penny.

Last armored core I played was 4. I reached number one on the solo leader boards and then lost interest. Servers based in japan and had such bad lag it was not fun.

Most of the time the issue with a laptop is that GPU and/or CPU thermal throttles because heat can not be dispersed quickly enough. I would verify that you are not throttling. You will need core temp for CPU monitoring and I suggest MSI Afterburner to monitor the GPU.

Changes
- Made various localization changes for Portuguese and Chinese.
Fixes
- Added packet-loss tolerance to the network analysis to avoid bogus Firewall errors (evidently Singapore is difficult for some people to communicate with).
One of my clan members lives in Singapore. We both have a great connection to each other from the US East.

When stomp did true damage, that was amazing. Now with it dealing blast damage it is rather useless as an ult ability.
Iron Skin is outright a sad ability. I enjoyed Rhino before when Iron Skin did more than block a single hit or better yet do nothing and be downed or killed instantly.
These two need improved big time.

Remember a Chinese company purchased DE? Now China is getting an exclusive Warframe/content? My mind was blown that a Canadian developer agreed to be purchased by a Chinese company that is based around chickens.
DE was on their last leg before Warframe took off and became very successful. My guess is that the owner decided to cash out while the money was good. I would never in my right mind do what the people at DE did. That destroyed my trust in them and I'm not surprised to see China receiving exclusive Warframe/content. What is next?

Taking this time to say that no matter how rough things may seemingly get for you or how many changes we go through. We're all part of this great game and we should all be grateful for that much.

That is such a hilarious invalid argument. DE will without a doubt release enough weapons, warframes and companions to compensate for that mastery difference. The max is 30. No one can get that atm.
