I know right I like the skins but I just like the Mag Heirloom skin more and rock it more. And ever since the Heirloom skin I have found a new found love for Mag mainly because how to use her just kept going right over my head. But I have slowly learned to use her a bit more better. People argued it was over priced and not worth it and yeah I agree but it's a matter of you buy it or you don't and if you don't you lose the chance to have that item. This time around every platform has had the chance to buy the Heirloom pack so in a couple years time from now there WILL be people begging for the skins to come back we all know it will happen.

Now yes I am FULLY aware of how much this singular frame gets brought up time and time again so I am not out for blood or out to complain. But just simply discuss said frame and let the community as a whole decide if they think things should change or if enough time has passed. Now Excalibur Prime released way back in 2013 and had tiered packs you could buy which gave you as we see with other starter packs that have variants a varying amount of rewards. And each tier up costed more money with the most expensive Excal Prime pack costing $250 USD. But said founders packs were never used or offered for consoles when they released giving console player no opportunity to support the game like the PC Community. And yes the Xbox version released a year later in 2014 but PS4 had the game back in Novemeber of 2013 at the tail end of the year the founders pack was released. Now lets skip again 6 years later yeah 6 whole years later China got their own stand in for the Excalibur Prime Founders Pack with Excalibur Umbra Prime. If They could give China their own exclusive Prime version of Excalibur Prime why couldn't the same be done for consoles or better yet why wasn't it? And their Founder packs ended when Sacrifice was released April 11th 2019. Their Founders Packs lasted 3 years before they were closed. Granted we all know that the China version of the game didn't end all that well so yeah not gonna bother poking that grizzly bear. And now it has been 10 whole ass years of Warframe. We all enjoy the game and support the living hell out of it through thick and thin some more than others especially during community events like Conquera and the Solstice season. But it has been 10 years and with all the new weapons and frames added and the changes to the game the amount of people that have Excalibur Prime and the amount of the people that consistently use that frame is at least from what I can tell being a PlayStation user and not seeing a single Excal Prime but just seeing 1 player rocking the Glyph is pretty low. I have watched some content creators that have him say he's just a nice trophy to have or to show off every once in a while. There are Die Hard Excal players and he is used in the Orokin Vaults and has his image even slapped onto a mod here or there so lore wise he does exist in all versions of the game. But with cross save soon to be released his exclusivity is about to become more rare as anyone that merges their accounts will most likely be losing him because he just isn't allowed on console period. And that sucks overall. Yeah the Founders packs have some nice novelty items like the Skana Prime, Lato Prime and Excalibur Prime Which just comes down to founder exclusive Mastery fodder but it will suck when the number of people that own that frame shrinks or the number of people playing that frame slowly comes to a halt of well 0%. And yes I am aware we all now have an Excalibure Prime with Excalibur Umbra but that still stands as a separate frame and wont make up for the 1 frame we might lose entirely. So thoughts should he make a return/re sell or just out right be released fully to the public? And before the upset founders complain what kind of compensation would you expect or want for his return to happen? pack value in Platinum, exclusive ship decorations, new exclusive founder glyph. what would be appropriate compensation for that kind of agreement? And finally no this isn't like I said a post of me complaining for not being able to get a frame or me just wanting him. I just genuinely am concerned for the future of this warframe as cross save is almost here. I don't wanna see this frame get lost to time and I would hate that it just ends up being like a living digital cave drawing that people talk about years later down the line. I own all the warframes and primes I played for over 1,359 Hours and over 1,000+ days logged in I love this game yeah I take breaks a decent amount of the time but I always come back I always buy what I don't wanna grind for or just don't have the time for and skip buying what I don't need. I don't need founder and I don't need Mastery but I also don't wanna see the smallest amount of content get lost over such a petty argument. Like do Founders deserve Excalibur Prime yeah sure especially if they paid $250 USD for it hell yeah. which would set me off if I merged my accounts than lost essentially a $250 warframe and set of weapons. But at the same time I also think that Excalibur Prime should be set free and Founders should get better more reasonable exclusives. My Founder Exclusives Idea would be give the founders a unique and special ship, Operator and warframe cosmetics like armor and suits, give them a founder exclusive pet armor and accessories, give them an exclusive founder orbiter decoration that you use up by the navigation like the Christmas and prime stuff If you know what I mean that you'll get it. give them an Exclusive Founder Emphemera, sigil, emblem, signa. And than finally give them a signed thank you letter that they can display in their personal quarters that says well thank you for supporting the game. Make these items top tier quality similar to the Frost and Mag skins they released over priced. And now once again just 1 final time this is just meant as discussion just before cross save comes out nothing more. And I understand some people may be frustrated with this topic yet again being brought up but I started with Excalibur and he was my ride or die frame for a long while. At least until I got my second frame which was Nova Prime because I took so long to figure the game out and it took me WAY TOO long to figure out how to get more warframes unlocked for free. So all I ask is please be civil with this discussion and try not to look too much into the post as being a cry for DE to release a Founders item that is essentially irrelevant to the gameplay especially when there is a copy and pasted prime available to take his place for consoles.
