Same here, got the same damage numbers before and after getting Evolution II. Also, the damage bonus from Breacher's Opportunity shield break doesn't seem to increase damage either, although the buff shows up. Edit: U33.0.7 fixed the base damage not applying, but the shield break bonus damage still doesn't seem to apply.

The base +20 bonus damage from Evolution II: Hoplite Virtue does not actually apply, either in UI or ingame. The conditional +80 damage from shields breaking does seem to apply though. Presumably this is also bugged on Lex Incarnon, but I don't have one to test it out.
