  1. You can save as many as you want but you can't turn in more at one time than will max you out for your current syndicate rep level.

Example: If the max rep for your current syndicate level is 70,000 and you have 65,000 rep so far, you can only turn in 5,000 rep worth of medallions. Then you have to level up to increase your max rep to the next highest one (99,000 from there) or spend rep to get back below 70,000 before you can turn in more medallions.

  2. So I was chugging along in an Arbiters mission yesterday when all of a sudden The Furious Akbolto Twins decided they'd rather look fast than move fast. They literally froze in place in the middle of their running animation, not moving or attacking anything, like statues. They stayed looking like this even as the Grineer ran up to them and started attacking them furiously.

They would continue to teleport around the map to follow me, but they never unfroze from their in-the-middle-of-running pose.

They never appeared to violate the terrain. Here's one of them on some stairs.

But they did take damage from attacks. Eventually one of them was killed.

Even then, the lone survivor kept following me around, frozen in place.

All the way to extraction, where she was killed by a Bombard. So sad.

  3. Except that would go counter to everything that the syndicates are. Why should I be able to get something from Red Veil based on jobs I did for their mortal enemies Cephalon Suda and Arbiters of Hexis? Also, rep you get from doing syndicate daily missions doesn't count towards the daily rep limit. My limit is 15K rep per day but I can get more than that just by doing a daily. One daily can get me 6K rep that doesn't count towards the limit.

  4. The artist for the pics above (you can find him on DeviantArt) said that the Tenno Carrier is supposed to be what we're actually in when we're wandering around "inside the Liset" and that the actual Liset is just the little drop shuttle that you see when you start and end a mission. He said you can sometimes see the Tenno Carrier flying around through the windows of the Relays.

However, DE constantly refers to the player ship interior as "the Liset" so I'm not sure how to take that. DE's said in past livestreams that the ship seen at mission start/finish is just a little drop shuttle and that it docks to the "orbiter compartment" to let you walk around, so in that sense it kinda lines up with what the artist said, but that carrier looks waaaay bigger than the interior we walk around in right now.

  5. I'm maxed level with Suda and Arbiters, and I'm getting ready to start powerleveling Steel Meridian so I can raise Red Veil at the same time through synergy without Suda/Arbiters points knocking Veil back down again. I want to have about 100K rep saved up with Suda and Arbiters so I can easily grab any of the new mods that are supposedly coming, so I want to get all the current decent mods first.

I've already got the large restore blueprints from both of them, a Synoid Gammacor, the Suda syandana (I like it better than the Arbiters one), Telos Akbolto, Irradiating Disarm, Repelling Bastille, and Rift Torrent. I'm considering picking up Entropy Flight because the Kestrel is fun with the new Astral Twilight stance, but I'm wondering if there are any other standout weapon or frame mods I should grab before swearing off Suda and Arbiters rep for a long while.

Of the frames they have mods for, I like Nyx, Loki, Mirage, Limbo, and Vauban. Pacifying Bolts doesn't look like much but Mind Freak looks like it could come in handy for turning Corrupted Bombards into room-clearing beasts. I already have Irradiating Disarm but I'm not sold on Safeguard Switch being worth a mod slot. Hall of Malevolence looks like a no-brainer to get but I don't know about Total Eclipse. I have Rift Torrent but Haven looks really situational like Safeguard Switch, only useful for saving fellow Tenno. I already have Repelling Bastille and Tesla Link looks cool, but it don't know that a mod slot is worth only 250 slash damage plus I hear the mod is bugged on clients.

On the weapons end of things, there are better primaries than Burston Prime and waaaay better secondaries than Viper and Bolto. Supra can get a max proc of something like 47% with a full Entropy Burst, which could turn it into an energy-giving perpetual motion machine, but it's still a Supra so I dunno about it. I dig the Kestrel with the new Astral Twilight stance and Jaw Sword might be worth using with a +100% damage augment like Blade of Truth, though I don't know that either of them would replace my old standbys like Amphis, Tipedo, and Orthos Prime.

    Thoughts, Tenno?

  6. There is a spot in the middle above the Mod rank display which will show a hexagon if the mod is currently equipped on something, unfortunately it doesn't show up when modding your equipment.

This. It's a teeny tiny hexagon right in the middle of the card, above the shiny pips that show the mod's rank. The old mod card system had a big triangle sort of icon in the corner of the card that would tell you exactly what weapons or frames that exact card was installed in when you hovered the mouse over it. Now all we have is a hexagon a few pixels wide that doesn't tell you jack. :P

  7. I observed the following bugs while running the two 25-core Gift of the Lotus missions:

-- Grineer activating alarm panels on the Corpus ship

-- Corpus activating alarm panels on the Grineer ship

-- Grineer destructible loot containers on the Corpus ship

-- The mission reporting all enemies eliminated (171/171 enemies killed, Lotus voiceover, etc) before everyone was dead. It seems like this might be related to areas that don't spawn enemies unless you go into them, like the Corpus room with two Grineer boarding pods in it. The pod doors don't open and spawn Grineer until you enter, so maybe the problem is the game not correctly adding those two guys to the enemy total and subtracting Grineer that have already spawned in another part of the map?

  8. Bombards and their ridiculous twisty-turny rockets.

Tar Mutalist MOAs. Get stuck in a pool of goo and it's slow-motion city while you get dogpiled by a billion Infested.

Any enemy with the energy-leeching aura. Boy howdy, there's nothing like stabbing the keys to use a power when you need it and discover you've got like 10 energy because of some dumbass nearby.

  9. I was just looking through my achievements.

    Cm4cdFO.png

So... Yeah. Anyone managed to do that?

The achievements are notorious for resetting themselves. I've been playing for over two years now and I've lost track of how many times Cryptographer has reset itself along with others, like the one you get for reviving downed players. Let's hope the "Year of Quality" finally sees it fixed.

  10. I think the coming 8-man raid is going to involve killing a Sentient. Think about it: killing Sentients is basically why the Tenno were created in the first place and they're supposed to be these hugely powerful enemies. Theoretically, it takes four Tenno just to down a high-ranking Grineer goon like Vay Hek. It should take a lot more than that to handle up on one of the guys that almost wiped out the Orokin.
