  1. I personnally (and some of my friends) have 0 interest in teralyst farming. Plunging chroma into oblivion for that reason seems a bit... Well... Meh.

His buffs were already quite a pain to maintain (high end chroma eats up over 250 energy/min and has his buffs reset every minute.
Having his vex armor boost damage of friends is fine. However if it's an aura, it's gonna suck (since you do not have space for range in a typical chroma setup).
I'd say make the buff last longer. Or chromas are gonna be even more of a niche pick.

I love chroma, but I usually do not play him because he is a huge energy SINK.

5energy/s... And you want me to add up the elemental breath and the ultimate's drain on top of that? Hell no.

About Ember... Well, world on fire double damage in closer proximity is nice... except you ave gonna get one shot by whatever is at close proximity +1 meter. So. Meh.

Oh and yeah: maiming strike. Get rid of that S#&$.

  2. It is possible to hang on a wall forever:

      Hang on the wall

Once the energy runs out, right click again

      You can now hang forever

This is a bug, although I don't mind it, because hanging on walls is ultra badass, and it doesnt bring you that much of a tactical advantage in most of the situations

  3. I have been playing warframe for quite some time(1600+hrs), and I always enjoyed the fast pasted action.

I love the art, I love the weapons, I love the "fast paced" action. I deeply bow to DEs animators which are doing superb work. And having played in a time when there were only 3 tilesets, I love how nearly each planet has its own theme now (though I do miss some tiles that were removed, please DE, bring back some of the corpus ship tiles!)

But I was starting to have a few issues with the game, being....

    THE GRIND.

Primes are obviously the most revelant issue. By forcing those new items into the T4 survival Rot C with 5% drop chance ~~good luck, or the t1 ext with what looks to be a 1% drop chance. You should NEVER be burning 50 keys to TRY to get the last part you need. Never. Never. Never.

I have played about 20 hours trying to drop volt prime and I don't own him...Not even close.
And now the same goes for Equinox ( 7 parts, I-dont-know how many days to craft...), which will probably annoying lots of players with that 1/7 probability to get the part they need( lets be honest, thats gonna be at least 50 boss runs, which is I have to say, despite the great arena (cheers for that), pretty boring. Ofc, I saw people with the warframe 5min after the update( Praise the shop), which is most likely the wisest thing to do with your time...

And grinding for fusion cores... (did someone way T4def?) Damn it all x)

    Now for the new update:

-It was shipped wayyyyy too early. Major updates are known to have lots of bugs, but god, didnt this one take the cake :p
Sharkwing vs footsoldiers (quite funny to roam in the facilities with the archwing), the paths to the objective being shut, being teleported in closed rooms, crashes, worse than all, the water planes appearing as they are, water levels being able to rise above you head without any teleport for oobs, and I could go on a long time for the meager time ive spend on this build.
But then, I guess it had really been too long since the last update, so this one had to be pushed out (a week too early :'(   )

-The new movement system is fun, big up for the removal of stamina.

But it feels a bit disappointing: it is slow and slugish when you are in detailed areas...It worked well in the showcased areas because they are flat, boxed, testing areas, but the comparison stops here.
Wall running should have been a faster way to travel around rooms than just spamming the ctrl+spacebar

Ziplines are cool now, but it breaks the flow trying to use them effectivly.

If the speed could just increase, Id be onehappy tenno.

And I miss my jump attack allowing me to jump lightyears ahead, the removal of the "movement oriented" weaponclass was a GD choice for more weapon variety, but Im afraid half my melee weapons just lost their means, because their moveset is crap, or their damage is crap, or both.

Oh, and special mention for Rhino doing the bullet jump... He looks fabulous as ****!

    -Pathfinding.
Though it has improved from the hellhole Earth once was, sometimes you still have no clue about where you need to go. And having to follow the orange arrow is a bit immersionbreaking at some point...

-Sharkwing. Great idea, can't wait to see it applied to the spacetiles!

But. As the new movement system. Feels slow compared to its space variant.  And extremely confusing, Too many things on my screen, "cant see, cant breath, aaaaaaaaaaah".

More open spaces could have done the trick....
And i absolutly loved getting one shot by the corpus explosives xD. Curiosity killed the cat. Well played ^^

    -Repetitivness...
Yep... the missions I like the most are the spy and rescue missions, because they ask you to act like a ninja, in really interested, well worked, and well thought areas...
I wish the entire game could be that way, having those kind of subpaths around the opentiles, allowing you to move around unseen through the vents, parkouring instead of failing at the stealth as soon as 2 enemies show up.... Oh yeah... Stealth isn't really an option unless you have a stealth specialized frame (only 3 of them though).
Otherwise I usually play warframe while watching something else or reading through mails... If you don't have to focus on the game to play it, then something somewhere went wrong...

-This is more of a personnal matter, but I absolutly hate seeing DE bring back event stuff to the void trader... What was the point of wasting sleeping time in my work schedule then if I can just grind dukats and wait for the item to pass by? Also feels unfair since event stuff is what I consider as a token of ancienty for a player, you know, "been there, did that"... Well not anymore... Grinding those 100 grineer wins for the brakk was just ridiculous as you can now get it in 20min by doing a trial (if the god of RNG is with you though). As it might be enjoyable for players who missed the event, it feels like a lack of respect to the players that worked "hard" to complete the event...

I like the direction DE is taking, delivering exactly what they had promised (bugs will be fixed, but an extra week would have given a better impression), innovating and exploring new directions.

I'm very sorry this feels like a bit of a rant. I love this game, haven't missed a loggin in over a year, but some issues are starting to weight on the veteran player I am...I am most likely not the only player feeling this way, I am aware that some people might think of it differently. But well, this is a feedback after all :D

RIP Coptering, you will be missed.

  4. Happy Birthday...
    BUT
As an old player I have mixed feelings about re-using old stuff like that...Now I have 2 dex furis. great.
For me, those kind of event weapons/mods are the marks of a seasoned player that can say "was there did that"...
More importantly it feels a bit unfair to have "struggled" to complete some events when the content is just going to go FFA in the next months...

  5. Over the past month, all the catalyst/reactor alerts/invasions have been pretty well spread out over 24h. Credits alert are kinda meaningless as long as you can make 25k/void run... Then Auras are also pretty well spread, though which aura/helmet drops at what point, that no one can know, as there are around 70 skins (helmets&weapons)...
With the auras, keys, BPs, ressources, etc etc etc, the table from which the loot is selected is also too large to please an impatient player... So I recommend you use the tenno skill one has to sharpen while playing warframe: your patience, everything will come... eventually

    edit: minor change  (reactor added)

  6. I agree that this game is becoming wayyyy too grindy... Its nice to have higher value tiers such as legendary.... but farming 440 R5 fusion cores and 2 or 3m credits to level them up.... when there are so many? I know this is content destined to the older players that dont have much to do nowadays... but as an older player, I dont find it fun... neither do I find it fun to drop Mag P blueprint 25 times in 30 T3 ext keys and not a single Nyx P part or soma P part...
RNG needs to be adjusted to be fair, not totally f***ed up as it is now...
The only way nowadays i found eficient to farm rare ressources is to wait for the Phorid to replace some boss and farm the crap out of the phorid... Everything else is... irrevelant...
Same goes with some mods and stances... Corrupted mods and prime parts are really hard to acquire due to the size of the drop tables(heck, ive been trying to get the soma prime for months now and still missing a piece cuz of the god damn RNG) Back in the old days it made sense, since mods were mostly uncommon graded, weapons used to come out as blueprints and lab researchs, there were few enough prime things not to make the void the grindfest it is now.... DE, we know you are working on something awesome, but please do something about the grindfest this game has become... it pushes so any people away from this game we love (one does not simply play the game for 1.6k hrs without hating the grinding)

  7. As said above, the FPS tends to fluctuate a bit depending on whats happening... a stable 60 can transform into a mediocre 30 for no appearent reason... Thus this doesnt impact the corpus puzzles, it does impact the grineer ones greatly... when done with good FPS, the grineer puzzles are a piece of cake...
Does the hacking mod for the warframe actually impact the grineer puzzles?(since they dont have a timer, Praise the Sun for that)

This is probably not only my problem, and there are probably some people having an even harder time with those than I do, so lets please keep the "lower your perf, get new hardware" argument in the closet, as its unconstructive :p

    EDIT: added stuff

  8. I have a RoG, not a calculator... FPS can drop for multitude of reasons... my 60fps sometimes drops for X or Y reason, not everyone is playing on a 2k$ gaming pc

As for thinking about another possible grineer puzzle, anything not using timing would actually work :p
Something clunky, with wheels and other mechanical bits and blobs could look ok

  9. The idea behind the grineer hacking panels is really nice and differs a lot of the corpus puzzles. But they are so dependent on FPS...
I can bypass any corpus panel in less than 10sec, but i can spend up to 40sec on one grineer panel if im unlucky and my fps isnt high enough... Thus although i enjoy fighting the corpus and dont mind hacking into their computers, i despise the grineers for their randomness... This also affects spy 2.0 missions: corpus tilesets are clear and easy to travel through, while grineer spy tilesets are hard and rather unforgiving (while being way more interesting to travel through), but again, the hacking paterns of the grineers is just so bad that if things go wrong... well... low perf systems are gonnahave a bad time...

  10. This feels too much like Rescue 2.0... "fortified" "vault" "patrols" "wipe-off countdown" yeah.... pretty original...

Despite the awesome looking new tilesets, this spy 2.0 doesn't look different from rescue missions enough... so... meh.

  11. I just did quite a large serie of Tower 1 mobile defenses, and everytime i got T2 Mobile def keys as reward... Though this was supposed not to be possible anymore.

So. No reward, superior tier keys.

  12. WHY do we even take the time to do events such as the CICERO or the GRADIDUS when everything is going to come out after....

If so, give us all the vandal weapons, give us the Primed chamber, make ALL the UNIQUE EVENT stuff normal for everyone to have...

What i love with this game, is that its not pay-to-win, but i enjoy putting money in it, because it is 100% worth it... this is an EVENT-to-win game, but if the events only grant you a shoulderbadge that'll never help you in anyway, then i think DE is going the wrong way...

You "killed" the Brakk with the grin^3, you "killed" the prime farming with the trade, and now you "kill" those mods.

Being a "senior" member brings you so little, at least, let us keep some cool stuff as "privilege"
