When I was playing consistently (stopped after I read/disliked the recent update) I noticed there weren't near as many people playing. Trading was scarce, clan recruiting near impossible, fissures with only yourself, etc). 

I think it has a bit to do with the lack of updates and Destiny 2 going free to play. Consoles haven't had an update in nearly two months. I think that's a big part of the lack of players.

Quick tip. Take Ballistica Prime along with you. 

Scan as per normal, then kill with ballistica, then scan the ghost variant as well (but be quick about the ghost scans).

It was bugged originally, it now stacks fine. I've been consistently getting 2500 from siphons, and 5000 from floods.

Unfortunately it hasn't been fixed on console yet.

It is actually affected. However, there is a glitch that if you are not in your warframe when the last kuva braid explodes, it won't get doubled. It's pretty inconsistent if you can't time it right. Basically the moment you get that last kuva you need to transfer back to your frame. I've gotten it to work, but not consistently. Apparently it's the same glitch as the smeeta double resource buff with kuva.

On console there hasn't been a fix. :( I've run ten missions and gotten the buff 2 times... I switch as fast as I can. Seems the same to me every time, but obviously the game disagrees...

[Can't Claim Relic Reward]

I had this happen 5-6 times when farming for Baro over the weekend. I also saw it happen to other players like you mentioned. We always made sure everyone had all 10 reactant before finishing too. Please address this DE.

[Resource Doubler weekend not working on Kuva.]

If when farming solo, you can switch back to your warframe fast enough after collecting the 4th cloud, it may double. But you have to be ridiculously fast on the horribly clunky console controls - so I've only gotten it to work once out of 7 tries (I'm void dashing through the cloud while airborne, and transfer back to warframe before I even hit the ground).

 

I've done about ten missions and done pretty much the same. I've gotten double kuva from the weekend buff two times out of ten. I am doing it as fast as I am able to and it works about 20 percent of the time. Please fix DE.
