  1. I originally had this idea for shuriken augment called phantom shuriken, which is an inspiration from grim dawn 's phantasmal blade, split every time on contact. But that probably a bit OP as one cast make the entire room cover in shuriken lol. Smokescreen remind me of batman xD. Ash 's kit is basically batman kit with the exception of bladestorm and I'd replace it with Valkyr 's zip line if I could just for the lol. I wouldn't want to lose invisibility in this power fantasy game though.
  2. The new circuit mode is good call, it has brought out many issues that I've looked pass by forcing me to use some old frames and weapons. In this case, the OG stealth frames (Ash, Ivara, Loki), and the comparison between them and the new stealth queen, Octavia. She can kill faster than Ash, cc more effective than Loki, defend better than Ivara. No matter what type of mission you want to run, Mrs. teabag got it all. This brat's playstyle is one of a kind, brutally effective and braindead at the same. She can do the jobs of the old stealth frames better while also contribute more to teammates with buffs. She brought a new standard to stealth frames, with Wisp being the next one that has the same versatility. That being said, I have some rework suggestions for the old ones to keep them up to date with the current trend, while staying true to their theme and create synergy within the kit. Keep in mind, this is a suggestion for the base kit. You can replace their ability with helminth, but that is a band aid solution, limited in what subsumable ability you can use, and these frames have more than just 1 useless ability in their kit. A good design frame must be good at their core without relying on augment or borrowing abilities from others. ASH: * Pros: - High damage dealer (slash, stealth multiplier, armor reduction). - Good survivability due to invisibility. * Cons: - Totally suck at defending anything other than himself. - A bit high energy consumption if you don't have a reliable energy replenish due to the need to spam shuriken, invisibility and bladestorm a lot. * Shuriken: * Smokescreen: * Teleport: * Bladestorm: IVARA: * Pros: - Masterspy for newbie, very safe to use. - Good damage and crowd control, somewhere between Ash and Loki. - Good survivability. * Cons: - SLOW. - Her camping playstyle is outdate for the current pace of Warframe. - High energy consumption. * Quiver: * Navigator: * Prowl: * Atermis bow: LOKI: * Pros: - Good survivability with invi and cheat death. - Strong crowd control. - Good melee damage dealer due to stealth multiplier. * Cons: - PASSIVE. - Extremely weapon dependent. * Decoy: * Invisibility: * Switch teleport: * Radial disarm: * PASSIVE: * TLDR: - Ash: + Shuriken usability, multi target with augment. + Smokescreen being a lingering effect, a cc and defense ability. + Teleport usability, synergy with smokescreen and bladestorm. + Bladestorm ease of use and QoL, a target locating ability. - Ivara: + Quiver usability and QoL, faster stealth and more cc ability. + Navigator become a movement ability. + Prowl with built in hushed invisibility with augment. + Atermis bow firing mechanic. - Loki: + Decoy survivability and cc, the main synergy ability within the kit. + Hushed invisibility with fire rate improvement. + Switch teleport usability, switch place with decoy at any distance. + Radial disarm make enemy more vulnerable to their allies attacks. + New passive, improve radiation status effectiveness.
  3. This is where to riven mod comes to save your slot. With current lex disposition it gives even more ms than lethal torrent. And if you can kill them with just 1 normal shot then the incarnon is an overkill. And even then...4 shots in exchange for 20 death ball of destruction. Best deal ever.
  4. Getting him in one of my run was a pleasant surprise for me. With his radiating disarm I can stay in the circuit for 20+ round alone until I accidentally click extract while shooting an enemy lol (this need to have a 3s grey out before you can click or smth). Fair much better than his old rival Ash in these types of mission and that hasn't changed after many years lmao. Though that also because I get the strun prime which is a one shotter even with lv cap enemies in there. He's so dependant on weapon to deal damage and his 1 and 3 is basically non existent. His kit need to be revisited ( as well as many old frames out there). But I don't see that happen in the foreseeable future tbh. DE rather let the helminth system band aiding them instead.
  5. I don't get why people make the headshot condition like an extremely harsh condition. Doesn't even need a full magazine to fill the gauge. You spend more time in incarnon mode than the base mode. Such an odd way of making old weapons being used more. By turning them into another gun. And an AoE one at that. I'm curious to see how they'll make the torid transformation though. Imagine no headshot require, everybody will flock to it.
  6. Incarnon system is better. Most new release weapons have unique gimmick, alternative fire mode, signature synergy while old ones only have stats. Incarnon make old weapons fun to use BUT it change the weapon identity too much AND making them too OP. Who thought it's a good idea to give a weapon high crit, status, armor strip, AoE bouncing projectile, built-in galvanized effect, multishot,...?? Oh but it require you to headshot? For god sake that ridiculously easy unless you're playing with your feets. Other stats evolutions are ok, they're like riven mod, but actually fixing the base stat, have different variations and can be customized. But the alt fire mode need to be reconsidered if they're trying to bring another AoE meta. As for riven mods... they're just a band aid system, causing more problem than fixing them. All or nothing rng rolling. If you want to "fix" a weapon with riven mod you either have to be rich or lucky, and even then riven mods multiply base stat and 0 x 1000% is still 0. Riven mods don't fix the weapons, just fix their popularity until it get disposition nerfed then move on to other things (balancing base on popularity is BS btw) .. Riven mod is just there to make profit and they don't want to lose right now.
