In terms of weapons I currently run Soma Prime Incarnon + Grimoire+ Bo Prime Incarnon, it might not be the fastest but it shreds regardless

No way, it actually worked - finally. Dunno if there were any complications as of yet but I merged PC with PS4, selection PS4 as main and then I continued to merge my Switch into my (now PC but with ps4 Progress Main). I just logged into Switch and im my ps4 frame - again, dunno If there are any bugs Quest wise/Slot wise/etc but superficially viewed it seemed to have finally worked 😭

For me it's always 'Service Unavailable - Zero size object' when I log into ps4 and get to the step where I need to log in into my PC Account. Error appears as soon as I try to log into PC 🤦🏽‍♂️

yeah, that's one of the confusing things because they phrase it as if you have an option. you DON'T have an option though. depending on what state your accounts are in, the 'choice' is predetermined. you need at least a PC account. is this PC account created after the 24th of november, you can't merge. is this PC accout involved in a previous account migration, you cannot merge. if none of those criteria fit to your description though then it will automatically merge.

unfortunately because of console loading times, sub 5 is probably not even possible on there regardless of loadout but I recommend looking up GazTTV on Youtube, he recently posted a video about this exact topic (I believe his squad contained 2 titanias, 1 volt and I don't remember the 4th frame anymore) and his time was around 5 minutes as well if I remember correctly, so decently fast

I wouldn't be so sure about that though. as far as I understand if you buy something on one platform it is locked to that platform if it wasn't bought before the 24th - contrary to that I read that if you buy something on switch, it will be available on all platforms. shared platinum wallet between all platforms except switch and a separate one on switch. I don't know how it works with real-money purchases like the heirloom but to me it sounds like there are still some potential restrictions (except I misunderstood something for some reason, even though I sponged all the information up as soon as it arrived because I'm also waiting for this since forever, being stranded on my airplane turbine ps4 with broken controllers)

I totally feel you. I literally noticed the post as soon as it came up, but it wouldn't let me merge because my ancient MR6 PC account was still the founding warlord and only my cousin (who has long switched to Playstation as well and doesn't even remember his PC account details) was in the clan as well. googled for like 1-2 mins until I realized that I literally had to download around 40 gigs until I was able to initiate this whole thing. 35,5 GB for the game, then some sort of 3 GB hotfix, and then it also took ages to apply the download cache optimization. then I even had issues with logging in into my PC account because my password was apparently false, and the account was linked to an old yahoo mail which apparently blocked me for 1 hour from logging in on PC as some sort of 'security measure' when I log in from another pc (which was nonsense in the first place, but I deleted some browser details, including cache which apparently triggered this 'feature'). I was able to circumvent this through logging in on the yahoo via my Gmail app on my phone but you can probably imagine that I missed the window by a long shot the moment this whole process was finished XD

ikr? I felt regret for the longest time lmao, but now it feels like finally I actually get some merit from this. also, I'm literally LR3 on console now and earlier I noticed that I was just MR6 on PC anyway. a migration wasn't even worth it, today I guess you can speed through to MR6 in no time :D

I started the process earlier on my PS4 account on PC and I wasn't able to get to my switch account because I couldn't link the Playstation and PC account because on PC I apparently still had to give up my founding warlord title to the one other person in the clan, and when I downloaded the 40 gigs the test was already over lmao, but if i works on Playstation I wouldn't know why it should not work on Switch as well. in fact, I am lowkey perma-logged in on my PC on switch as well, you can log in on the website in the same way like they do with playstation. I bet he somehow went over there via the news tab in game in the first place (because mind you, switch doesnt even own a browser - this is just this budget-ingame version of warframe in a way XD) ofc I cannot say with complete certainty since again, I couldn't get to it fully, but honestly what evidence more does one need XD I don't think you need to worry, otherwise that would be pretty dumb imo

I was just referring to the fact that, according to feedback on the forums, if you played on one console, and created another account on another console (without ever playing on PC though), you apparently cannot merge those together because the whole process is forced to contain a PC account first (which doesn't allow merging when it's created after the 24th of November which, mind you, is the exact devstream that mentioned all of this for the very first time - they explicitely said that the starting date was right before the devstream started. luckily I started first on PC a decade ago and completely started over on Playstation and switch without ever migrating, so I'm not even part of this unfortunate potential issue. I was just having some empathy with those that, (in my opinion) are treated a little unfairly because I can understand a merge-ban if an account migration is present. in this mentioned scenario though, no account ever migrated to anywhere. I hope that answers

you don't need to log in onto warframe on your switch, that's nonsense. you can log into your switch account on a PC just fine. I had the opportunity to at least see the process earlier (unfortunately couldnt finish it cause of a clan situation lmao) but you can also log into your console accounts on your PC - so no actual 'console-browser action' is needed, luckily

completely agree! as someone who played in the very early stages on PC and probably has around 4k hours on playstation now I can comfortably say that Warframe is the only game I truly ALWAYS can come back to. it's movement is satisfying, the amount of characters and weapons is seemingly endless, it's all the games one needs in one big game combined and the varity is still counting up! the first moments I truly became frustrated sometimes cause of a reoccuring bug or so I was already at least a thousand hours into the game, spanning over several years. and then I was asking myself "can I really complain about this game if I already loved sinking so much time into it?" and i'm playing and loving it again so no issue anyways XD when it comes to bosses, sure there are some bosses that have a more 'cinematic' vibe to it but it's by far not all to be honest. but some got reworks and the newer ones in general have more, modern love put into them for sure. I'm also sure they will rework old bosses someday that maybe don't have the same vibe to it. when it comes to 'space temples' I recommend you looking up the 'Railjack' aspect of Warframe - there indeed are some missions that probably come very close to what you're describing - you start in a much bigger ship with weapons and the whole squad shares this ship. and from his ship you can also leave via your wings (Archwing) and enter bigger Corpus or Grinner Fleets for example, or even bases that are somewhat 'molten' into giant space rocks haha I definitely can only agree with you though, nitpicks here and there - when I look at Free to Play games, DE by *far* created the most fair, unique gaming experience there is. and I just love how they continiously stay in contact with their player base via Devstreams (that also simultaniously give news about literal new features that are in the making) and/or Prime Times. the forums, social media - it's really cool! Warframe has truly grown on me as well. when I first played the game I was probably about 18 years old and I was amazed about this 'space ninja free to play' game that suddenly popped up in the internet. it was a lot different compared to what Warframe is today but it contained the same 'essence' in a way. it still feels like Warframe. 'Ninjas play free', the genius slogan they used that I understood wayyy wayyy later as well (since the economy in the game is also very unique and fair: you can literally trade the premium currency with other players. so you can sell stuff for platinum, basically being able to get even 99% of all the cosmetics without spending a single penny). I spend a lot of money in the last 10 years on platinum but I didn't even needed to in recent years because of trading - I *STILL* put money in the game by buying the heirloom pack because I genuinely felt a desire for supporting DE, thanking them for actually keeping this game alive for 10 years and counting, continiously keeping to evolve the game as well. never in my life had I thought that I would ever be able to play a game for such a long time and never growing tired of it :D I hope that helps in some way, tenno! and hopefully you keep having an amazing time in the Warframe universe!

no worries tenno, I totally get you XD I was also sweating like crazy as soon as I heard that we require a PC account because I also don't wanna mess things up. but when I actually had the chance to see how it works earlier I saw how clear and transparent everything is, luckily!

even though I wasn't able to complete the process cause of a clan situation, I was able to see the process earlier and I am also a console main I just logged into my ps4 and they gave me the option to merge - it all starts with them asking if you also have a PC account and then you have 2 options 1: yes I do (Log in) 2: no i dont (sign up) and when you then log into a pc account you will automatically have both your pc account and your xbox account open and then you click on one of them that you want to have as your primary (so if you have more than 2 accounts you at least need to start the process with your main and a pc account) everything is also explained very thoroughly with text so you don't need to worry I think! it's actually pretty straightforward - even as a console main

yeah you only need to start a pc and download the game if you used to play on an pc account up to 10 years ago and are still the founding warlord of a clan with at least 1 other person and you want to merge, not link - only then you're forced to download 40 gigs XD

I literally just had the same issue after I noticed (after downloading 40 gigs of game-data lmao) that I need to make somebody else a founding warlord if I want to be able to merge my ancient PC account with my PS4 account, the ancient account ran over an old yahoo mail which also locked me out, then after a huge pile of stress and finally being able to log into yahoo to yes, indeed, confirm that I am the rightful owner of this WF PC account the security code ran out and after that the game told me that I typed in a wrong password too many times. then I was trying to activate a password reset mail which I did not recieve. I actually DID recieve the e-mail a couple of minutes later though and I even was able to log into the account right away ingame so my best guess is that the servers are just very overloaded right now. if you say that you do not recieve this mail since several days though then I would wonder if it even is the correct e-mail? because that sounds hella long! if you're sure that this is the right e-mail though then I would definitely contact support good luck, tenno! hopefully the whole cross-save stuff will be resolved very soon

apparently I also tried to log in too many times on my ancient PC account (and this runs over yahoo as well since my very first e-mail is from yahoo, yahoo who also locked me out of my own account because they apparently lock an account for 1 hour if you sign in from a new computer (which I didnt, but I deleted my cookies some time ago). finally after working around the yahoo issue (via the Gmail app on my phone), I was able to log in to indeed *confirm* that yes it is me, the original owner of this Warframe PC account. now the security code ran out though. okay, tried again to log in but then we reach the top of my post: "can't log in because too many tries to log in" now I don't know how long I'm locked out of logging into this ancient pc account literally JUST to leave the clan so I am allowed to merge, so I at least tried to reset my password so I'm good to go when it's unlocked again I do not recieve an e-mail though. dunno if password reset emails are not sent when somebody typed in the wrong password for too many times but gosh is this stressfull. and If I would create just a fresh pc account right now I would be locked out of merging which I don't want. and all of this just because I am required to leave the clan on this old PC account I created when I was 18 or something. XD i'm going crazy lmao ok edit: I at least recieved the password reset mail now it seems - servers are probably overloaded like crazy XDD
