Y but its also supposed to give the item to those who didnt get it TO COMPLETE the quest. Not the item reward for ending the quest...
I dont care at all about Chroma I just want to be able to progress and get to new planets. I'm stuck in this early trash for ages now -

Me too and I a lot of others too. I think the Hotfix did literally nothing Since everyone I know who had that problem still has it.

The New Strange Fixes:
- Fixed crucial progression required mission rewards not being given to players, therefore stopping progression through the quest. A script has gone live with this Hotfix that retroactively administers missing items to those currently unable to progress through The New Strange. To those who were affected by this, please let us know if you are now able to progress through the quest.
- Fixed auto progressing through the New Strange quest.
*Please note that we are still investigating a resolution for those that did not receive the End of Mission reward for auto completing The New Strange quest before this Hotfix.
So this means if you did it its done. They are looking for a way to give you the reward. The bigger Problem are ppl not beeing able to finish this sh** quest cuz you cant do ANYTHING. I cant progress at all in the game cuz of that and I'm waiting already for several days not getting any answer from Support and the fuq Hotfix did literally nothing. Just asking what those idiots Hotfixed in that Quest cuz everyone who had that problem seems to still have it.

The Hotfix was useless. Still cant finish my New Strange Quest..Still dont have the Chroma-Signal BP or a Chroma-Signal to craft the Mark

You have to wait until map charges and you both are in the map, then make the host quit the game (with Alt+F4, not "leaving mission").I did it exactly like that and it didnt work.

I just tried it and it didnt work at all.
Can you maybe write what Mission exactly and when the friend has to leave (during loading screen or when we are both on map)?
Also do I have to complete the Mission after that? -
