[Defection Arbitration not updated]

Hey all, 

Back before the change to Arbies that shortened the time between rotations, I would always do a Defection mission for the Arbies because that was (personally what I found at least) the fastest and easiest way to get the rotations. I would just go in with my Oberon either public or private and would get a reward every 8 - 9 minutes.

Now that the update has been implemented, I would have thought that Defection would also be shorted to match that of the rest like the update stated. Turns out, it still take 4 squads of defectors to get a reward insted of 2, resulting in 8 - 9 minutes for one drop. I just wanted to see why the change was not implemented for this mission weather it be that this is by design for if this was an oversight.

There is a few (at least one that i just found) undocumented changes. I just found out that the Zhuges crit chance was lowered from 20% to 10%.
