Was doing the Veil Proxima Lu-Yan survival mission. While in the survival part, I chose to fight with the necramech (Voidrig). After some time, when pressing 5 to exit with the operator, the operator spawned under the map, on what looked to be an invisible wall. After 2-3 seconds of taking a screenshot, the mission failed and I couldn't do anything about it. While in loading of the mission failed report, I pressed 5 again and I appeared in the same position as the necramech, only inside the warframe (as desired) but the mission was failed already.
