Yes, I agree 300%, please DE I've wanted this since the first time I've obtained a frame with this frustrating problem, heck every time I go to skin select it shows him off without the shoulder attachments so clearly it's possible (and looks better in my opinion) yet DE for some reason still doesn't give it to us and it's stupid, just give us the "None" option. 😑

    About Valkyr the changes need to be made by me, (and confirmed by DE) so I will do that after Tennocon to.

    EDIT: Also if that's the case and Valkyr's changes have to go through you first anyway, should I try and contact a mod to delete my thread about it in the Feedback section or is that unnencessary to do?

The 'accents' or metallics areas on the skin just look plastic-like rather than metallic in most lighting/environments but in most places (emphasis on most, some places it does look more like the original renders) I've seen it just looks like plastic, on his tennogen topic @lukinu_u already mentioned why that is (3% difference in metallic texturing being far more noticeable ingame than intended) and that he doesn't think it looks as good ingame as he intended it to so I know it's not just me lol. So I figured I'd make a thread in feedback since I'm wondering if it'll help DE see it or just hear if anyone else noticed it, I personally love the Mithra series (and how all of lukinu's skins handle metallics) so when round 16 dropped this was very noticeable to me compared to even the other Mithra skins this round.

    Examples of it looking plastic-like or just reflecting light awkwardly/inconsistantly (bottom left and right pics):

    All three of the Mithra skins have some akwardness to them since release (Khora's spikes still not appearing right or at least not all of them, now Wukong's leg armour, and this) but I haven't seen as many people mention this one.

    Correct, it's not only for Mithra though it's his previous one as well. I own both and neither change from the default ones.

     

    Edit: Awesome, wasn't important enough for the hotfix. I try being positive but that really sucks. 

    At least according to lukinu_u DE are aware of it, so it'll probably be there by the next hotfix.

    Exactly, I doubt it'd be any higher, heck I doubt if it were to exist it would cost more than 5 or 6, y'know?

    I doubt they didn't learn their lesson from the amount of frustration players have already expressed over the Hema, so I wouldn't worry about that. 🙂

  7. We've already gotten both Corpus, Grineer, and Tenno Spearguns, so if they've added an Infested themed one with regenerating ammo it'd be awesome, and thematically fitting, like the Hema or something.

    Agreed, it's a really neat detail having it there, but I do wish DE would make the position of the arm while in auto mode look less awkward/twisted, don't want it gone but not the way it is either. 😦

    Yeah having the rerolls be cheaper would probably be the simplest way to do it, having to farm 3500 Kuva every single time's just a b*tch. Either that or just increase the amount Kuva survival gives.

    About Khora, I think it's already fixed, and for Wukong the issue has been reported and should be fixed soon.

    Yeah in the render on your Steam Workshop page it looked phenomenal, I wouldn't have expected a 3% difference to be so obvious in-game, but thank you if it would be updated to look more like the others or the render you had it would be absolutely perfect! 😁

    It's great to hear about Wukong, and there was a fix yes but for some reason six of the spikes, the ones on her skirt were left unaffected by the fix oddly enough:

    I am curious though, how would a Tennogen artist go about getting DE to fix an I guess mistranslated detail in their skin? Not talking about the Khora spikes or Wukong armor pads those are just bugs, but a detail that isn't because of a bug but something like the Valkyr Mithra metallics that would count as a change rather than a bug fix? 😮

    And btw Wisp Diva looks amazing!

    EDIT: I dunno if it's an automatic feature or if a mod or something mixed in my two posts but if it's a mod thanks for doing it! 🙂

  12. So I bought the new Mithra skins, love them all, can't get enough of the Mithra line of skins and just your skins in general! 😁

    But I have noticed something different about Valkyr Mithra compared to the rest, her metallic/Accent parts look far more dull and less metallic, reflective, etc. than every other Mithra skin, is that intentional? If not, do you know if it'll be fixed any time soon? And if it is intentional, can it be fixed anyway? Even using it with the Mithra Nikana skin which were in eachother's workshop pages the difference is obvious, it just looks duller in comparison. I still absolutely love the skin but I couldn't help but want to point it out how it's missing the downright sexy metallic shine all your other Mithra skins have.😐

    EDIT: Also, do you know when Wukong Mithra's thigh pads stuck as default would be fixed? And, Khora Mithra's skirt-spikes too? 😮

    That was what I was about to say as well, every frame has a Prime and more recent normal version, I just thought Gersemi Valkyr was a previous version of the recent normal version. Although I don't see why it makes no sense for Hysteria to have been her ability before Alad V's torture thing, other frames have 4th abilities that use a weapon type, it could be that it was simply renamed after the whole Alad V thing, but before that it was still just an immortality-claw ability called a different name?

After exiting viewing a player's profile it can just leave the player stuck, unable to move, unable to press Esc to menu, only things visible and possible to interact with via cursor are the active booster display, and the chat. The "squad" UI in the top left corner is visible but can't be interacted with, pretty much everything else is nonexistant and impossible to do anything at that point but closing the game from outside, and yes trying to be invited by another player doesn't work since it won't let me accept any invites. This has happened to me a lot before and TWICE in the last hour.

    tl;dr Checking out players' profiles breaks the game.

  15. Been over a month now since the announcement, am keeping my fingers crossed for this week at least please DE lemme be right when I say that for once! 😵

    I dunno I've been comparing the two, while the helmet shape is definitely different of all things the size of the head compared to default Khora isn't that much wider than her old version, all of Khora's default helmets are far wider reaching her shoulders and look oversized for her tiny neck but the new Mithra helmet doesn't do either, even if it isn't the same shape it still accomplishes making her look nicer for people like us who have an issue with her default helmets I'd say! It'd just need a bit of getting used to. 😉

    Her files were only released 25 days after the accepted items list for this round were released so, realistically there's pretty much no way we'll get any Tennogen of her until next round at least, unfortunately. Plus there's lots of behind the scenes work that needs to be done on accepted skins before they can be put in game from the announcement to release so if they added one as an exception this late it would set the release of the round back probably. 🙁
