An alternative method I can suggest though is to just use your main account, but run less op loadouts; or more, or less unmodded.

i dont want to make another steam cuz theres too many actions before i can load steam wallet and i only have 1 CP to get 2 step verification so its +Hassle for me and i still didnt do link the alt because im still not sure if its prohibited or not im just making sure of it before i take the move , and the alternative method is a good idea but i do want to re experience to be being new player too and farm with them the resources you know?

Try asking DE through support but I doubt they allow it since its shady (even if you mean well)

gifting stuffs to my alt from main is a no no AFAIK its still an interaction between 2 accounts

is this prohibited? if i have 2 accounts and use them to buy Plats using VIA Steam Wallet but they wont interact each other i just want to buy the Sale Plats if they got it but wont trade each other they are just as a whole not trading or any interaction of each other i hope not cuz i got main account (MR16)

and 

alt account MR 4 (to play with my newly player on Warframe to join them up as new not OP player that i can kill then they just pickup and after that they will get bored because its like boosting if i use my main.

i hope this is possible
