I had a bug happen to me twice now. If you enter Duviri and are in Teshin's cave choosing your loadout and your team enters the Undercroft before you pick your loadout you get transported to the Undercoft waiting room with with a placeholder WF which has no abilities and a random selection of unmodded weapons from the available ones.
To reproduce the bug just have your team enter the undercroft while you are still in Teshin's cave and have not chosen anything/a warframe.
