  1. as title states. Imagine versions of grineer/corpus weapons. Instead of vandals/prismas.  

    They are corrupted. so inverse versions of themselves. Akvasto is crit, but corrupted is status and deals rad dmg instead of slash. 

    Above is an example.

  2. point is they should prop up somewhere, and hopefully soon. i mean we got new robo weapons that are ment for combat but they seem. lackluster? i have a sent riven that lets my sentinal solo kill sortie level stuff. Took 7 forma and a moderate riven but its fun to have ya know. would like to be able to make "another" so i can switch tween them

  3. Why not let sentinal rivens be a thing offered maybe with other rivens for a set amount of wolf cred? that way you return them as promised to player base, there not in the rewards of sorties. You can price/ gauge riven similar to how there rarity is in sorties. 

    In example 150 wolf cred for a sentinel riven? or have it as a reward within the ranks. 

    150 sentinel 

    200 for all others?

    only thing is i need to tweak efficiency numbers, wants something different from "costs less" and more like i am more efficient in its use? 

  5. Aurora The Arcane Element (in this mag procs jam "ranged" damage sources.) Positive Efficiency Does not reduce costs. instead adds effects to her casts. negative increases costs.  

    passive: Adds Elemental damage to near by weapons, damage added is based of the element aurora is currently. 5-25 damage which does a single "tick" of damage per proc. 

    1: Arcane Missive: shoots a ball of damage based of current element. Hold 1 to change element. (maybe change frame appearance as well? ) Elemental types are Viral/mag/rad

    100/150/200/300 initial damage, 25/50/75/100 area damage(2.5m area of effect) 50% base status chance for both initial and area damage. range= los- 60m

    Power strength affects status chance. Duration affects proc duration. range = range. 

    30 energy per cast, creates 1 projectile, every 25% positive efficiency adds 1 projectile. 15 energy to change form/element type for every 30% positive efficiency release a mini radial blast does damage based of prior element. Area is 5m.(range is effected by range mods)(so at 160% efficiency switching from viral to rad would release 2  viral area of effects centered on aurora. damage is 15/50/75/100)

    (arcane might augment mod. casting at ally adds damage to their weapons of current form type)

    2: Arcane Glyph:  Create a rune at target location that damages enemies that travel over it. 50% status chance elemental damage is based of element form aurora is on.

    damage is 25/50/75/100. damage is every 1 second. Lasts 2/3/4/5 seconds. area is 5m. range is 30m. energy cost is 25. runes can be stacked to increase damage. Damage is additive.

    Range increases range that can be marked and size of rune. Power strength increases damage and status chance. for every 50% positive Efficiency rune explodes dealing 100/200/300 damage

     

    3 Runic Form :toggle: Change into an avatar of destruction, based of current form. You become a being of pure energy based of current form. drains 10 energy per second. damage is 60/120/180/240 status chance is 20%. damage is still the element type. 

    deal damage to all enemies within 10m every 3 seconds. While within this form take 50% reduced damage. range increases damage bubble size.for every 50% positive Efficiency she gains health per kill. (5/10/15/20)

    4 Arcane Rage: Refresh and reset of status procs of all enemies hit. range is 20m Damage is 15/30/45/60 base plus additional 5/10/15/20 if unit is by a status per staus its affected by before procs are refreshed. (2 status procs would increase damage by 40 at max rank)

    Status chance is 50% base

    For every 25% positive efficiency increase base range by 10. Range increases range. Power strength increase status chance and damage. Duration increases proc length. for every 30% positive duration add 1 sec to proc duration. 

    Point of Aurora is to be an agro multi elemental frame, Chroma's sister. While he is the warden. the protector. She is the bringer of destruction. Focused and resolved.

    She will Infect, radiate, and disarm all who stand in her way. Will you join her? or be crushed by her?

    Gets in way how? I use it to help low lvl get better rewards and meanwhile collect stuff that still matters. Always need more slots and spuds.

  7. Pop relics with clan mates, neve dc, never leave play mission till 20 minute mark. Picked te rewards every cycle. extract from mission, get email sayign her is ur rewards. its thetuff i opened but never picked. Why am i losing the stuff i selected??? I just lost out on finnishign a few of mrime sff out because of this.

  8. Ok as for los, im talkign about fact i watched spores not spread through walls in hydron sedna, even if the spored enemy was touched the wall and enimies were right through it on other side. Other peopel have said the same dam thing. 
     

    Also theres only 1 game mode saryn is good at survival, anything else honestly dont touch her. 

    After playign her she just cant do defense missions for several reasons, Here are the main points. 1 wave resets, forced spore resets. 2 allies kill not you? no spreading spores. 3 due to 4th and 4rd first ability will rarly be used even if its a "click" and not click again power. which atm it kinda is. After runnign missions withit of all types. only survival feels ok for her to play in. For everything else is just moot. allies will kil lthigns faster then u, waves will reset, theres no point aiming for a spore count. 

     

    As for poe? i made a max range "sniper" saryn for poe missions i would "snipe" with my spores and run around leaving death in my wake. now? i have to get uber close compared to before to start my mayem and when i go to cast on another camp if other is still goign i just ended it.

    O wait this happened to me in survival allot, as ur runnign around being forced to end ur spores so u can restart them in new location. or having allies clear the area ur "building" them up in. 

    And main reason for thisd post is after watchign people on fb, instagram and such bash peopel for not "accepting" her op. or that you are bulding her wrong which is the poitn of warframe MULTIPLE WAYS TO PLAY. this is startign to lock ppl to 1 style

     

     

    Now for another poimt, before he passive and first power interacted and gave a "mini" duration bonus for the viral proc. whats the point of her passive on a power that has infinate duration??? a infinate proc? does not need her passive right?;

  9. The main problem is everyone is only testign her on survival or onslaught where yes she does well after round 30+. Defense she falls flat and falls hard, o and if you have teamates who are good? spores will nevere spread for there killign everythign not you. so no spreading sporesa. makign 1 useless forgetable and useless

    Miasma's low base range and duration (even post-buff, 20 metres and 5 seconds are both seemingly low values when it comes to Saryn's usual kind of nuking) mean that both range and duration are required. 

    Meaning, efficiency is the dump stat.  "Less energy-hungry", yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiight.    -_-     So now, Saryn needs an EV Trinity to feed them energy, in order for the Saryn to have a nuking build just as effective as pre-rework, using a 1-4 nuke style. This is with Saryn as the lone nuker. 

    It just seems like Saryn's going to require a lot more work for close to the same nuking as pre-rework. 

    Plus, even though 'infinitely' scaling damage sounds nice, in the time it takes damage to scale to the point where Spores would be worth using, all enemies could be killed faster through any number of alternative methods. 

    And the problem with an endlessly scaling Spores, is that if there's ever a delay between spawns where no enemies are alive to carry the Spores into the next wave/group/set of enemies, she has to restart her scaling of Spores all over again by recasting to re-infect more enemies. 

    This hard caps her damage in Sanctuary Onslaught, since she only ever has 2.5 minutes to scale her Spores' damage. 

     

    Alternatively, in a squad of 4 Corrosive Projections, Saryn's spores would not require 200%+ power strength, but they just wouldn't be useful, considering the alternative nuking that would take its place. 

    Saryn's role in nuking squads has been, traditionally, to spread viral procs, making her a unique nuking-support.  It seems that now, only her 4th ability will be useful in this regard, but now has a hard range cap.  280% of 20 metres is 56 metres, which doesn't seem like it'd cover anywhere near where Spores used to be able to cover via spreading and spam casts/pops. It's just... not ideal, and not as good as it was. 

    The CC removal on subsequent casts to an already afflicted enemy is very nice, as it allows already viral'd enemies to come closer for easier nuking by other teammates. 

     

    On the bright side, though, the Molt and armour buffs make her more survivable, which is very nice. 

    Molt could become more of a pocket-nuke like Iron Skin with Iron Shrapnel after absorbing enough damage, but that remains to be seen. 

     

    Toxic Lash was buffed in terms of damage output and cross-weapon utility, but nerfed in terms of energy utility.  So it retains more or less the same usefulness that it previously had.

    All in all, here's how I'd theoretically rate the changes to Saryn:

    Squad Nuking: nerfed across the board

    Solo Nuking: nerfed across the board except for in survival

    Tanking: buffed across the board

    Support Capabilities: 'reworked', since her 1st ability augment changing from Toxin to Corrosive limits it to solely Corrosive, instead of Viral, Gas, or Corrosive - but Corrosive is generally the most useful of those three options

    Build Diversity: there are now many builds that would work, but few that would excel

     

    How I'd theoretically change this:

    Scrap the 'cast once and 2nd cast removes all scaling' mechanic of Spores that was just inserted into her 1st ability.  This lone mechanic brought her 1st ability into theoretical trash-tier, compared to where it was. If all affected enemies or all enemies within spreading range die, it leaves Saryn with no choice but to recast and lose all scaling to start another spread.  I would change this to a mechanic where tapping 1 would cast more Spores even after Spores are already in place, and holding 1 would detonate Spores.  Adding more Spores to an already spored target would increase scaling speed.  And detonating Spores should not remove any scaling.  Rather, much like Nidus' 100-stack maximum, there should be a limit to how much scaling can be stored up, especially since Saryn's Spore nuke is one that needs to be spread before it can even be used to its potential.  And, like Nidus' stacks, being in a Nullifier bubble should gradually lower the amount of scaling Saryn has stored up, instead of forcing the recast and instantly removing all scaling, like it theoretically should do now. 

    This would make Saryn into something closer to what Nidus should've been - an infested menace that isn't always being hindered by teammates, and not always a second choice in comparison to other Warframes that can do the same job, but more efficiently.  When I can replace a Saryn with 3 Red Veil weapons and cycling the cooldowns (radial Viral procs), that's a problem. 

    This rework is heading in the right direction in terms of a good place for Saryn, but the execution of her 1st and 4th ability changes was quite poor. 

    Of course, everything above this point is now theoretical.  When the download cache finishes optimising, I'll provide some feedback from playtesting, below.

    i agree with all of this, tried several builds reforma'd once. just.. she fails. i cant keep her stacks going, or keep them spreading. teammates kill the mobs to fast. or the range is to short. Or from what i have seen, SPORES WILL NOT GO THROUGH WALLS. even if the enemy is within range. it seems los dependent. 

  11. please allow us to cast spores on more then one target manually, and detonate with holding it. atm it kills the flow to cast once, and watch it fail to spread. atm even with range it seems to not wanna go anywhere. after playign a couple defense missions i feel sad. Not watching them spread/fail spread. Or just clickign power from how she use to be and id detonate them early. killing my own spread.
