I saw Mesa Prime as one of the options in The Circuit so picked her. However, I found that she wasn't performing anywhere near as well as normal. It seems that the buffs weren't working the way they are supposed to; Shooting Gallery was only getting applied to my allies and Shatter Shield wasn't working at all (other than having a timer). I just did the Gift of the Lotus spy mission and the same problem was there too.
