you should open a support ticket.but i don't think you can get it back as it is said in the FAQ linking will override the secondary account.but it wouldn't hurt to try -

from what i understood by reading the reddit and the posts here is that you dont need to. as long as you can log into those accounts on the website it should be fine i think. -
