  1. i dont think its hard, however they could show have the synovia to target glow or something, and maybe make it easier to see where the eidolon is when its gushing huge amounts of colour. i have poor vision and thats the thing i find difficult. (not interested in dont play then comments)

i have found joining a team much much easier since they added an option to join a group to the bounties. before that i didnt touch the eidilons. after 2 weeks of casual play im almost to adherent so i dont think its too bad.

  2. harder to read for me, in some places, the shadows and BOLD text dont help at all. i have poor vision, i am wondering if there is anyone else with vision problems experiencing difficulty?

if they are going to make all the health/shields numbers smaller, maybe a health indicator bar on the main graticule would be nice.

The font can't look low quality because it's rendered at the resolution you're playing now. The problem is that the menu and the HP/Shields HUD ones look bold and could probably use a tweak or even some sort of depth effect.

i would probably be happier if they told bold off. or allowed you to set your own font sizes etc

  4. i also have issues of this nature. what i do is play windowed with a brightish desktop. i also use f.lux ( a small program) at night as i find my monitor is way too bright at night. you can also press H to move warframe to other side of the screen so that you can change which parts of the eye are being abused. Gaming is and should be a fun and welcoming experience - and by in large most of this community has been above that of others. I will say that when most people are nice, the few bad apples stick out more. In general, aside from limbo or a 'nado zeph, a veteran player can never be held back by anyone else on the team (and thus any complaints can only be superficial).

The most important thing is to never give someone else permission to ruin your day. You are too good for that and nobody deserves that power but you :)

    thank you

  6. it seems to happen every week ~ im not the best at this game and it seems to infuriate some people to the point of abusing me. i havent played MMOs with such small groupings before, maybe thats why i havent encountered it.

i guess the latest one got to me, someone screaming at me that i was AFK and they were going to report me and get me banned...puzzling when one of the other players was doing as badly as i was...(and didnt get the abuse i did)

Vets have a very specific pride about being vets, most of the time they (myself included) will either help you out or feel shame if they "underperform" around low MR tenno, however others take it, the minority in my opinion, will feel they have the ultimate truth about the game on their side and thus be toxic AF.

i agree very much that its a minority of veterans, sorry if i didnt make that clear - but its only that minority that have been like that!

  8. Anyone else noticed how veteran players (the ones that speak anyway) are generally rude and toxic? They do seem to like to bully others and i wonder what DE does about it, if i was to indeed report anyone for it!

I know i am going to get lots of 'special snowflake' comments etc but what i would really like is a proper discussion on why these players feel entitled to act the way to do and how things could be improved. Telling me to mute someone , well that doesnt stop it happening in the first place, unless i mute them before they speak or type....

i have played several MMOs over the last 15 years but have only noticed this behaviour on warframe. it seems very specific, and i wonder indeed why these players even bother to play in public groups if they cant tolerate others at all!

    looking forward to your insights!
